Stay With Me: Hogwarts Rewritten

"Are you sure I won't get in trouble? We're in the girls loo, we are going to get caught brewing the polyjuice potion" Harry reminded me once again

"Harry I already told you no one comes in here. We won't get caught. Now the potion will take one month to brew"  I told him continuing to place ingredients into the cauldron

"A month! Hermione someone is bound to walk in here and find the potion"

"No one ever comes in here because of Moaning Myrtle. She's a ghost that lives in here and she tends to bother people. Now please stop worrying" I explained to him finishing the last of the potion before cleaning up my stuff

"Okay I will. Now are you ready to go? I promised Neville I would play some wizards chess with him. I don't know why he wants me to play, I'm absolute rubbish" I stood and grabbed my stuff

The game was quite difficult to play, especially when the players moved themselves and often got angry at the players.

"Me too. I heard that the best wizard chess player in Hogwarts is Ron. He practically beat everyone in Slytherin house" I explained to Harry grabbing my bag and his hand

"Well at least I will never have to play him"

Time Skip...One month later

The potion was finally ready after one month of brewing. Harry and I would always check on it everyday to make sure nothing went wrong. Now we just had to find Crab or Goyle and give them their sleeping potion.

"Harry we are meeting in the common room tonight, don't forget" I told him as we both sat down for breakfast

"Tonight? Do you two have a date or something?" Dean asks us

The rest of the table looked at us expecting us to answer. I could see Harry's face turning red and he wouldn't look me in the eye. So I just answered for him.

"No. We are just doing some homework and working on a project. There is no date because we are not dating" I told them trying to hide my face in my book

"Homework? Is that what muggles call it?" Seamus says laughing, this caused everyone including Harry and I to start laughing

Harry's pov

Once classes ended for the day, Hermione wrapped her arm around mine a we walked towards the common room. There was a small rumor among Gryffindor that we apparently had a date tonight, which didn't make sense since neither of us fancies the other. At least I don't think? We are closer than most and we hold hands and kiss each other on the cheek, so maybe. She is pretty and cute, as well as smart and funny. But we are only in second year and we are much to young for that type of stuff.

Tonight...

"Hermione?" I whispered walking into the common room

"Harry. Over by the fireplace. Lift the cloak over us. I grabbed the cupcakes and I made sure Crab and Goyle were on their daily snack time" She explained as I walked over to her and placed the cloak over us

We walked out of the common room and down to the Slytherin common room, awaiting the arrival of Crab and Goyle. After a few minutes they walked towards us with piles of food in their hands. Maybe engorging yourself with food is a Slytherin thing?

Hermione then stepped out of the cloak and placed the cupcakes on the ground in front of the common room. Of course both boys fell for the trap, immediately dropping their  food and going for the cupcakes. It wasn't long before they fell right asleep.
