Distraction. Maybe it helps you. For sometime in some way. And that's it. You forget about a thing and feel calm and that thing, it just kind of goes to  the back of your mind...you know it's there, somewhere and you are sad because of it but then that's not the way you should function.  Okay, accepted. You did a stupid, foolish, dum ,dum thing with no good and you think it to be the  worst horrendous thing ever. But relax. Yeah, it might be true. But so what. People make blunders. You make errors. You feel sad. You feel pathetic. But no that's not what you should do to yourself.  Just relax and work.  Work on your errors try to make yourself better ; to better things feels good,  accept yourself and improve whatever you can...its a constant process. Accepting this. And it will give  a new dimension to your life. But the strength needs to come from within the strength to accept and the requirement to do better and the never dying  hope for improvement. No crying or cribbing just accepting and working. That's it. Don't fight yourself. Accept and move ahead.
