Quirk Power and Color Variations:
Green: Moving himself forward in time, looks like teleportation.
Blue: Produce a bubble of any size that slows anyone and anything inside down to a near halt.
Red: Shoots a ray that completely freezes someone or multiple someones in place.
Yellow: Allows Izuku to go back in time a few moments or minutes, only he is aware of it.
Visual Effect on User: Izuku's eyes flash the color variant of Quirk
