liked by tomholland2013, leapond, and 2,826,138 others hollandfaye although I have had a great year with my album, tour, relationship, friends and family, it has come to my realisation that everything that I have done since my accident should have been pushed back. I put myself through hell with anxiety, panic attacks and depressive episodes this year just for work. I threw myself into my album and tour, using them as a coping mechanism and didn't take the full amount of time that I needed to heal psychologically after my accident, and I also didn't seek the appropriate help. because of this, my mental health is in an all time decline right now and I am choosing to share this with you all, hopefully, to encourage you to get professional help for your mental problems as well as your physical ones. I'm taking a break from social media, for now. I want to thank my family and friends for helping me get to a place within myself where I understand that throwing myself into another project wouldn't be healthy and for encouraging me to go to therapy. I also really wanna thank all of you, my fans and supporters for always commenting such positive things on my posts (yes, I do read them, as well as the dms). I could not be where I am today if it weren't for all of your help, too. Thank you, eternally :) <3
