THE SEARCH FOR THE PHANTOM CONTINUES

Crime rate has dropped to figures that haven't been seen for many generations - and as numbers drop down to below 10% and more gangs and thugs have been found beaten up and left for the police to find, more and more people are asking the question;

Who is The Phantom?

Dell chuckled as he put down the paper. (Y/N) sure had been busy lately, and was practically the only person Teufort needed to defend the town from anyone who threatened it. She was strong, independent and witty, and wasn't afraid to get her hands dirty to defend the town that she loved. She was pretty much the perfect woman.

Dell was broken out of his thoughts when Scout walked into the mess hall with his usual swagger, his loud, annoying footsteps announcing his loud, annoying presence. The other mercs looked up at him in annoyance, but he just ignored them and walked straight over to the table Dell was sat at. 'More stuff about da Phantom, huh?' He said loudly to himself, snatching up the paper from the table and skimmed his eyes over it. 'Soon da police won't have ta call us up in da middle of da night to ask us for help with muggers n stuff.' He grinned, waving the paper in Dell's face. 'Still think it's all crap?'

Dell shrugged, trying to keep his expression neutral as he thought back to the night you saved his life. 'Not any more.'

Scout made an exaggeratedly shocked face, dropping the paper back on the table with a slapping noise. 'You think she's real?!' He then proceeded to parade around the mess hall chanting: 'He's been converted! He's been converted!' As if he were part of some cult he'd just persuaded Dell to join. Demo groaned, Scout's yelling probably not helping the hangover that he was trying to get rid of.

'C'mon Scout, leave off. Yeah she's real. I've met 'er.' Dell said matter of factly, folding his arms and leaning back in his chair. 'She saved ma life a few weeks back.'

He left out the part that he hadn't seen her since then, even though he'd been visiting that bar pretty much every day in the hopes of running into her again. He was intrigued by (Y/N), not just because of her powers, but because he really wanted to get to know her better. He'd only talked to her for a few hours in the bar, in which he'd learned basically nothing about her. She'd told him about when she moved to Teufort and about some of her hobbies - she'd apparently made some money by selling some sketches she'd done, shovelling her neighbours drives and even fixing up their cars when needed. She seemed to be a woman of many talents, which only made Dell want to talk to her even more. As well as wanting to know how she got her powers and why she decided to become The Phantom, he just wanted to get to know her in general.

It was possible he had a massive crush on her.

'So you know who zhis woman iz?' Spy asked, who had obviously been eavesdropping on the entire conversation.

'Course not.' Dell scoffed, keeping his face as straight as possible. 'She keeps 'er face hidden, remember?'

Spy seemed sceptical and looked as if her were about to start interrogating Dell about The Phantom, until Scout clapped his hands loudly. The entire room groaned; when Scout clapped his hands, it could only mean one of two things - either he had a plan or was singing 'If you're happy and you know it'. (Which he did a lot, much to the other mercs embarrassment).

Seeing as he wasn't singing, it must've meant he had a plan, and Scout's plans usually always meant trouble. He hopped up onto a table and loudly said:
