Before we delve into anything, please remember that the sole purpose of these activities is to help us get to the finishing line of 50K.

Because of this, your utmost sincerity is required in reporting each daily progress. It would be pointless to lie to win NANOWRIMO when in the end, you wouldn't have a finished first draft to boast of.

So let's start with the guidelines of the game.

1|Each Wrimo is required to find their name in the list below. In that paragraph, comment your NANOWRIMO username. I'll search for everyone and add you up as buddies. That is the only way to check on projects that are not made public.

2| There will be a list of dates for each day in November starting from the 5th of November (hopefully that will be enough time for everyone to have seen this post).

3|Everyday, each Wrimo should report their total word count at start (current word count). After a writing session, report your word count at end. Remember to label them accordingly. Orderly, please.

4|Also, each member will be required to estimate their daily word count. After each day, your estimate will be compared to your actual output of word counts. If you reached your exact estimate or exceeded your daily estimate, you will earn a point. If you came close, you will earn half point. No matter how close you came.

5|To help us reach our target of 50K, Nanowrimo encourages that we write 1667 words a day. If you started on the first of November, you would reach 50,010 words by November 30. Owing to that daily average, it appears best that 1667 is used as the benchmark for our estimates. Just so that we can reach our 50K. What this means is that your estimate for each day, those estimates which when reached will earn you the 1 point, shouldn't be less than 1667. You can estimate more depending on your capabilities, but it shouldn't be less.

6|Each week, your reported word count will be verified if not on the daily. By the end of NANOWRIMO, the number of points you earned will be equivalent to the number of votes you will receive from the club on that book when its published on Wattpad. Whether it's entered in the club or not. It's possible that stickers will be awarded also for those milestones of 10K, 20K, 30K, 40K and 50K. It could be some sort of souvenir to remind you of your achievement.
