Here's the first chapter to Behind Enemy Lines!! I'm writing it up for NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month) this year, but it will most likely be longer than fifty thousand words so it won't be finished until the end of December most likely. Hope you like it! The next chapters will be out from the first of December but here is just a taste of what is to come :)

P.S. This book will contain swearing, but i'll inform at the start of each chapter when and what. None here :)
The storm mimicked the anger within Elijah’s heart, the scowl ever present on his face. He watched, hidden the bushes with his fellow hunter brothers and sisters. His green eyes bright in the dark shrubbery, but burning with controlled rage. The dark hair on Elijah’s head which usually stuck up in small waves was plastered to his head, the sky’s tears running down his face. Heaving a large sigh, he glared at the leaves blocking his vision, as though his anger would magically move them out of the way.
“Griffin, time to execute?” One of his minions asked. He was lying in the bushes to the right of a crouched Elijah, waiting for the clear to pursue into the house.
Elijah raised a soaked eyebrow, before looking to his left. Glaring down at the wet form before him, Elijah spoke his next words with clenched teeth.
“Thalia? Is it clear?” He spat, anger pouring throughout his soul. Thalia moved her long wet hair off her back and sat up on her arms. Her dark eyes were narrowed, watching the guards and their routine. Ignoring her mate’s anger, she concentrated. Resting her weight on her elbows, she held her hands by her temples. Just as she was about to press down and penetrate their minds, Elijah spoke again.
“Thalia?” He hissed again, and Thalia froze.
“Give me a few minutes sweetie or it will be you who is zapped unconscious!” She hissed back, before slamming her fingers to her temples. The guards dropped like stones.
The female werewolf next to her snorted at the action and shared a smirk with her Princess before shifting into her white wolf. Thalia kept her smirk as she glared at her mate.
“Three minutes until the next guards. Go.” She commanded her wolves, before shifting like the rest of them. Becoming the golden light to guide them, the team of 12 wolves stalked their way to the side door of the bunker.
Elijah grinded his teeth before he nodded at the hunter to his right. The hunter started to crawl forward, another three mimicking the movement. The remaining hunters, including Elijah, ran towards the side door, staying low. The four hunters in the forest were their communication, their protective snipers on the outside as they delved into the bunker.
One of the other hunters, Dave, brought out two thin pieces of metal and shoved them into the lock with shaking hands. Elijah raised an eyebrow at the fidgeting motion.
“Nervous?” He asked, resting his hand on the pistol strapped to his thigh. Dave threw a loose smile his leader’s way, before unlocking the door.
“Just a bit.” He admitted. Once he removed the pins, Dave gripped the handle tight, all emotion erased. Elijah and Dave exchanged one nod before Dave threw open the door. And the smell of vampire hit them hard.
After the rescue of Queen Seraphina, King Elliot ordered that all vampires were to be hunted down and killed. To assure the allegiance of hunters and werewolves was strong, it became that Elijah and his hunters would hunt them down. Of course, due to the alliance, the mates of the hunters were to accompany them on their dangerous quest. King Elliot hated that his sister, Princess Thalia, had to go with her mate but he created the rules.
While Elijah was in charge of the hunters, Thalia was in charge of the wolves. She was meant to stay behind and watch the base in case a group of vampires branched off and attacked their base.
