Personality: Compared to most Avengers. He's rather calm and composed, he's easy to talk and he's pretty reasonable and he's more friendly than he appears. But... his status as an Avenger has turned him in a machine which curses and despise evil in any form, he becomes totally unreasonable and crazed once he sees an 'sinner' and he's far more than determined to exterminate any 'sinner' he comes across.
Motivation/Attitude towards Master: If the Heroic Spirit 'Joaquin Murrieta' were to be summoned normally, it would be under the Archer or Rider classes. But as an Avenger, Joaquin is unbound from the Command Seals as he would instantly kill a Master whom he sees as 'evil' without hesitation. But to the good natured and righteous he'll behave normally and act like a bodyguard.
The Master of Chaldea is righteous in his eyes, therefore he'll listen to their orders as long as they aren't 'evil' in nature.
