Personality: He is a good hearted young man who wants to do the right thing for others, he is rather friendly and polite to others and always has a gentle smile. But in battle he adopts a fearless and temerary attitude which never falls back from any battle. His only fault is that he is rather dense when is interacting with the opposite sex that may put him in embarrasing moments like flirting with a girl without noticing and making sexual comments without meaning it.
Motivation/Attitude towards Master: For someone who summons him, compatibility is a must. Because Ruggiero is a righteous soul and won't obey an Master who's overly cruel or disregard the life of the innocent and would straight up kill them to ensure that no other innocent is affected. To the righteous or an innocent who are dragged into an Holy Grail War, he would act as a knight serving his king.
The Master of Chaldea is someone whom Ruggiero regards in the same manner as Charlemagne. Serving Chaldea as an exemplar Servant who serves his Master faithfully and never doubting any order given to him.
