it was another breezy summer day and my 3rd grade self loved to play around with the hose with my best friend and crush, andi mack. i remember when we were young and innocent then, not worrying about anything but our imagination.

unfortunately, that would have to change and i knew it would. andi has been hanging out with others as well as making a new friend with me, cyrus and he knows about my crush and always encourages me to tell her but i just don't think i can.

by the way, we are adults now and i'm in my apartment cleaning up the place as my small puppy, ivy, rolls around on the couch.

once i was done cleaning, i had received a message from cyrus that he wanted to reunite with andi and i because it's been years. years since we've all talked together. years since i last talked to her.

so i had agreed of course since my feelings for andi had never changed. but i knew she most likely didn't and never will feel the same way. by knowing i would have to accept that sooner or later was hard and almost brought me to tears.

i sat down and my puppy had noticed my uneasiness, laying on my lap and licking my hand. i smiled as i knew what she was trying to do, trying to cheer me up and it made me smile.

"thanks baby,"i said as i rubbed her head a little, putting her to sleep.

she fell asleep, and i got ready to go.

once i got ready i opened the door only to hear ivy bolt awake and start barking, running to the door.

"shh! shhhh! it's just me, i'm going out,"i said, showing everything i left for her already and her tail wagged.

and then i walked out, on my way to the location cyrus sent me.

as i arrived i saw two short-haired people at the table and i instantly walked to them.

"andi! cyrus!"i said and hugged them both and we all started talking about what we've all been doing for the past  years.

"i have to go to the bathroom,"i said while getting up.

"could i go with you?"andi asked and i felt slightly shocked.

"um ok."

as we entered the bathroom, i was pinned against the wall and andi was very, very strong.

"i've been wanting to do this since high school,"she said and peppered kisses along my neck.

"a-andi?"i stuttered and she pulled me into a long and desiring kiss.

i obviously kissed back and pulled her in again.

we pulled away after a few minutes and then hugged.

"i love you."
