i've been really sick these past couple of days. i also still tried to not miss school so much but even they all noticed and sent me home at times. i haven't even been able to spend time with my girl, amber.

as i just lay in bed sniffling while watching my show, there is a knock from my bedroom and bex appears.

"andi, someone's here to see you,"she said and slightly smirked.

amber walked in with more tissues and a pack of chicken soup which she was obviously going to make in like a few minutes.

after bex left, amber followed behind her, going to make the soup and i laid in bed, left with my thoughts once again.

she came back inside with the bowl and i instantly sat up, and she chuckled, knowing i love that type of soup.

she tried her best to keep her distance so she wouldn't get sick but i didn't care. i pulled her under the covers with me, snuggling beneath me.

"thank you baby,"i said in her ear and she was already fast asleep in my arms and i, soon enough, drifted off too.

a few days later i was feeling better and i was walking with amber but then she suddenly sneezed.

"are you ok?"i asked.

"yes,"she replied but then sneezed again, myself just picking up my hand to her forehead, feeling the heat against my hand.

"your burning up,"i said and thought to when she was with me that one time.

"i guess it's my turn now, baby."
