i haven't talk to him since senior year in high school, the year it happened. the year i moved away after that night. now, i have a baby girl and i finished high school, nearly finishing up college while applying for jobs to support my 2 year old daughter, amelia.

i'm basically halfway through college now. my mom luckily is able to watch over amelia while i do what i have to do.

yes, i know who the father is but i just didn't want to worry him so much, knowing while myself and him hung out, he implied he never wanted a child.

so i know if i tell him, he won't want to support me and i'm okay with that, but i also know that i need to tell him that he has a daughter and can visit her anytime.

i was home, washing up amelia while thinking about this. after i cleaned her up and put her clothes on, i made a decision. i was going to tell him.

the next day, i got myself and amelia ready. i knew where he was up to now thanks to buffy and cyrus, since they always have to know everything.

i went up the elevator and i was right infront of the door and then i took a deep breath and looked at amelia.

"your going to finally see you daddy,"i said and her face lit up.

i knocked on the door and i waited like a minute to see another WOMAN.

"hello, i'm melinda,"she said.

"hello i'm amber,"i said.

"are you here to see mr. kippen?"she asked.

"yes,"i said and she let me in.

we basically sat in silence and i asked her something:

"are you mr. kippen's significant other?"i asked.

"yes, i am his girlfriend,"she replied and that broke my heart.

"your very lucky,"i said.

"thank you,"she said and then tj walked in, then melinda kissed his cheek and walked out.

"oh my gosh, hi amber,"he said and he hugged me, i had amelia sitting on the couch.

"and you had a daughter? the father must be very lucky,"he said looking so excited.

"actually, that's what i wanted to talk to you about,"i said and he looked very confused.

"i'm sorry but i don't follow,"he said and i sighed, i picked up amelia.

"this is amelia kippen,"i said looking down and he was completely shocked.

"oh my goodness! i have a daughter?!"he said.

"yes,"i said.

"how come i am just now knowing her?"he asked.

"because i knew you didn't want a child,"i said, still looking anywhere else but at him.

"that's your daughter??"a voice asked that made us both jump. melinda.

"yes, i just wanted him to meet his daughter that he never got to meet, i'm not trying to cause any problems,"i said.

"oh please, i don't want that little rat near me,"she mumbled, not enough for tj to hear, but enough for me to hear.

"how dare you!"
