Preeta was sitting at terrace with chilly winds blowing around. She was feeling a bit uncomfortable but right now she needed solace. She needed to get away with all the people. She was staring at the stars, pondering over the fact that her childhood bestfriend, with whom she fights alot, spent her six, seven years of life, understands her & then why he said that. She knows that he is like that, he never thinks before speaking but now he is grown up man. He should care about other's feelings.

Karan goes in her room but didn't find her.

Karan: Kahan chali gyi yeh larki? Terrace pe dekhta hun.

He went there & find her sitting by a wall, the weather was chilly.

'Preeta?, he says.

Preeta doesn't look at him.

He says: dekho, mera wo matlab nahi tha, try to understand. Tumhe tu pata hai na k mein aisa hi hun. Kuch bhi bolta rehta hun. Come on yr..

He comes near her & saw that she was crying silently.

Karan: preeta, tum ro rhi ho?

Preeta(wiping her tears): mein nahi ro rhi.

Karan: meri tarf dekho, preeta. She doesn't look at him.

Now he was worried. He turned her towards him & saw her tear-stained face.

Karan: I'm sorry, preeta. Please don't cry. Tumhe pata hai na jab tum is tarah roti ho, aur wo bhi jab wajah mein hu, tu mujhe kitna bura lagta hai.

Preeta: tumhari koi ghalti nahi hai, sahi kaha tum ne.

Karan: kya sahi kaha? Tum janti ho k bohot saal pehle(looks at her), I mean uncle k baad, dad tum logon ko is ghar mein le aye the, kiun k dad aur tumhare dad bohot ache dost the. Is liye unho ne tum logo ko yahan rehne k liye kaha.

Jitna haq mera is ghar pe, is ghar ki ek ek cheez pe, is ghar k logo pr hai, itna hi haq tumhara bhi hai, samjhi.

Preeta was looking at him when he wiped her tears & said: aaj se nahi ro gi tum. Okay? Kiun keh ab mein hu tumhare pas

Preeta laughs & then karan says: tumhe irritate krne k liye, dumbo.

Preeta hits him playfully and says: kitne badtameez ho tum, double duffer donkey.

Karan sees her laughing: acha sorry, maro tu nahi yr, 'keep smiling like this'

Karan: acha, chalo ab neeche, thand ho rhi, lets go inside.

They went downstairs & find no one.

Karan: lagta hai, sab apne rooms mein chale gye, chalo tum bhi jao, you must be tired, aaram kr lo.hmm??

Preeta: theek hai, tum bhi jao. Good night

Karan: preeta, wait.

Preeta: kya howa?

Karan holds her wrist and walked towards kitchen.

Preeta: karan, tumhe agar kuch chahiye tha, tu mujhe yahan lane ki kya zaroorat thi.

Karan: mujhe kuch nahi, tumhe chahiye.

Preeta: kya?

Karan: wo tum ne khana nahi khaya tha is liye, yeh lo, kha lo.

Karan gives her the food,,

Preeta: nahi karan, mujhe bhook nahi hai.

Karan: aise kese nahi hai, ruko mein khilata hun

Preeta: is ki koi zaroorat nahi hai.

Karan denies her & start feeding her food.

Karan: chalo, ab aaram kr lo.

Preeta: thank you karan, yahan aane se pehle mein soch rhi thi k koi bhi nahi hai yahan jis k sath mein baar kr skun.
Pr ab lagta hai k mujhe mera bachpan ka dost wapis mil gya.

Karan: of course, aakhir we are partners in crime,

And then preeta goes to her room while karan thinks: bilkul nahi badli yeh, bachon wali harkatein hain bilkul.
