Truth Out

All the guests were busy in chatting n gossiping. Karan was with his friends and preeta was taking care of snacks n all the stuff.

Karan's friend: yr karan, wo larki kon hai?

Karan: kon?

Friend: yr wohi..jo white dress mein hai..

Karan: wo..she's my childhood friend.

Friend(looking at her): hmm,,she's pretty...

Karan(concerned): sun..wo wesi larki nahi hai..door rehna usse..

Friend: areyy karan don't worry yr..wo teri dost hai..aur tere concern se show ho rha hai k yeh dosti nahi hai..so just chill...

Karan(confused): kya matlab hai tera.haan?

Friend(smiles): wo tum waqt k sath khud samajh lo ge..acha mein chalta hoon drinks lene..

He left from there leaving him confused.

Karan(to himself): yeh larki bhi na...kya zaroorat thi is ko itna tayar hone ki..

In the meantime rishab called all the couples on stage for a dance.

Karan went to preeta and forwarded his hand.

Preeta looked at him confused.

Karan(with attitude): hath barha lo..mere ilawa is hall mein koi bhi nahi hai..jo tumhe yeh offer de ga..

Preeta(with same attitude): kiun? Kahan hai tumhari girlfriends? Karan luthra ka charm nahi challa kya?

Karan: yr tum mujhe ek baat batao? Mein yahan tumhe dance ki offer kr rha hoon, larkian marti hain mere sath dance krne k liye..aur tum..

Preeta: tu na kro..jao yahan se..

Karan: soch lo..mein peeche nahi dekhta..

Preeta: haan jao...itna attitude na show kro..mujhe nahi krna koi dance..

Karan: tum se pooch kon rha hai?

He forcefully took her on stage..

Preeta: karan, yeh kya badtameezi hai? Mujhe zabardasti kiun laye ho?

They were dancing according to rhythm.

Karan: yaad hai, jab tum yahan ayi thi..tu tum zabardasti mujhe shopping pe le gyi thi..kuch yaad aya..

Preeta remembered that.

Preeta: haan, tu..

Karan: tu yeh ma'am k aaj mera hisaab barabar ho gya...

He winked and then holds her hand and twirled her.

Preeta winced a little and he noticed.

Karan: kya howa? Tum theek ho?

Preeta: yeah yeah, I'm fine..

Karan: nahi..mein ne abhi tumhara hath pakra aur tumhe dard howa..apna hath dekhao..

Preeta(hiding her wrist): kuch nahi hai karan..

Karan didn't listen to her and took her wrist. He saw the same mark she covered before.

Karan(caressing her hand): yeh kya hai, preeta?

Preeta: umm...kuch nahi..jewellery pehente howe aisa ho gya..

Karan: jhoot nahi bolo preeta, batao yeh kis ne kiya hai?

Preeta: karan, tum pareshan na ho, kisi ne kuch nahi kiya ?

Karan(sternly): yeh uss ghatiya insaan ki harkat hai na?

Preeta: kis ki?

Karan: tum achi tarah janti ho preeta mein kis ki baat kr rha hoon..mujh se kyu chupaya? Haan?

Preeta(tearing voice): isi wajah se..jo tum ab ghussa ho rhe ho..is ki wajah se...aj tumhari party thi..mein nahi chahti thi k tum bewajah meri wajah se pareshan ho..

Karan(angrily): I will not leave him.....

He left from there. She tried to stop him but he left. Everyone was confused that why he left his party.

Rishab: ise kya howa?

Preeta: wo us k dost ki call thi...us ne emergency mein ise bulaya hai..isi liye chala gya..

After that they had to call off the party and it was night.

A boy with hoodie was shown beating another boy on isolated road.

Hooded person: ainda aisi ghatiya harkat ki na, tu chalne laik nahi rho ge..

Boy: plz, leave me..kon ho tum?

Hooded person(angrily):tujhe mein achi tarah janta hoon, kabhi kuch nahi kaha lekin agar preeta k aas paas bhi dekha na ya usse badtameezi krne ki koshish bhi ki, tu yaad rakhna....isse bhi bura haal ho skta hai..

He left from there.

At home preeta was so restlessly walking here n there in her room.

Preeta(to herself): pata nahi kya krne gya hoga? Yeh larka bhi na, kisi ki nahi sunta..jo dimaag mein ata hai bas wohi krta hai...phone kr k dekhti hoon.

She called him but he didn't attend her call.

Preeta: phone nahi uthaya...abhi tk nahi aaya bhi nahi...o god, wo kuch ghalat na krde...

Then she heard someone walking past her room. She saw karan was there.
