"The decision is final" the judge banged his gavel one more time Kirishima was crying more and smiling Bakugo smiled widely and picked up Kiri spinning him around once before setting him down Kirishima was then attacked by the rest of the bakusquad in hugs and tears and congratulations' they all walked out of the courtroom together Bakugo and Kiri holding hands conversing with their friends they all piled into Aizawas car as Mic drove them back all of them even Aizawa had soft or wide smiles on the faces.

after they returned to the dorms no POV

Kiri was still crying tears of joy although not as hard while he was sitting in the living room talking and sitting with his friends and moms Aizawa was there as well smiling at Bakugo who was yelling at Kaminari and Shinso mostly Kaminari who was attempting to make a celebratory dinner but ended up making a mess of the kitchen everyone laughed when a pouting Kaminari and a smirking Shinso were sent out of the kitchen Kirishima's moms sat on either side of him while his sister sat on his lap his mom was crying she leaned over and yanked him and Lily into a family hug and whispered

"We're free" Kirishima laughed then winced the cut on his chest twinged in slight pain from the stretch of his arms everyone moved away from the hug carefully Kiri smiled in reassurance and continued to talk to everyone till Aizawa said it was time to call it a night the bakusquad groaned in protest but started shuffling upstairs with the rest of the people there Kirishima and Bakugo were attacked with hugs by Kiri's moms and sister who shortly after hugging left leaving Kirishima Bakugo and Aizawa alone in the dorm living room

"Bakugo, make sure Kirishima gets hydrated he cried a lot today"

"Yes sir" Bakugo replied walking towards the kitchen to get them both some water

"Kirishima get some rest, it's Friday tomorrow I want you both in class Monday got it?" Kirishima nodded his head. Aizawa then walked out of the dorms to his side apartment Bakugo came up behind Kiri with two water bottles in his hands. He then nudged Kirishima and started walking to their shared dorm

Kiri POV

Katsuki and I walked into our dorm and closed the door he then threw me a water bottle which I immediately took a big drink of Aizawa was right I really am dehydrated. After I put the water down Kat pulled me towards him smiling I smiled back as Kat leaned down for a kiss it was sweet and short Katsuki then stripped down to his boxers I waggled my eyebrows at him he flipped me off I just laughed and stripped as well I then crawled into bed while Kat turned off the light but as I was fixing my pillow (THE LEAGUE OF VILLIANS CAME AND TOOK HIM AWAY jk jk unless?) I felt something smack my ass I squeaked and flipped around blushing I made eye contact with a smirking Katsuki I threw his pillow at him when he started laughing

"Katsukiiiiii" I whined, "what was that for?"

Katsuki shrugged "you were bent over with your ass up how could I resist" he ended his sentence with a wink that made my heart flutter I blushed more and carefully made my way to my side of the bed. Once I was situated I made grabby hands at Katsuki who smiled and joined me in bed for cuddles and sleep

"Goodnight Kat I love you"

"I Love you to Ei goodnight" he kissed my forehead and closed his eye drifting off to sleep me joining soon after

The next morning no POV

Bakugo woke before Kirishima which Bakugo was thankful for he had lots planned for today but Kiri needed to stay here while he worked Bakugo went around and let the "Bakusquad" where he was going and not to let Kirishima know, Bakgo left the dorms moments before Kirishima woke up his heat source had left. Blearily he looked around for his missing boyfriend and pouted when he couldn't find him he looked at his phone to see no text messages from him only to see his boyfriend's phone on the bedside table. He laid in bed wondering where his boyfriend was when his thoughts started turning dark he quickly got up and got dressed Kat could just be making breakfast yeah! breakfast! that's where he was
