The nickname “Minmin" was given to her by her best friend Hyung Sik. They met just before the beginning of “Strong Woman: Do Bong Soon" and when he knew his part was Ahn MinHyeok he immediately thought about Minsook and her future nickname.
When he saw her after the first episode he called her Minmin instantly. Since that day, Minsook always liked to be called Minmin because it comes from her favourite TV Show and she found this really cute that he thought about her at that moment.

This one was a piece of evidence. This nickname was given to her while a game they played no long time after their debut.
Mark and Jaebeom wanted to find a nickname for Minsook. They asked her what does she love and like. She told them about space and art. The three of them thought hard and finally, Mark shouted. " Moon!" which makes Minsook smiled instantly.
He said he found this because it's like a ship name between her and herself.

Mimi was given to her by all the members when she arrived at the company. Basically, everyone was calling her like that. It was an easy way to sound more friendly and relaxed when you were talking to her. It has never bothered her to be called like that because she thinks this nickname sounds cute.
But now, her bandmates mostly called her like that when they have something to ask her to do or help them.

Sookie is a bit related to the second one, Moon. Simply because BamBam knew about her love for space and all.
"Tsuki" means moon in Japanese and as Minsook's name sounds like this when you cut the "min" off. He called her Sookie really naturally as if he had always done.

Sook was given to Minsook by the Happiness himself, Youngjae.
To make it fast, Youngjae and Minsook were hanging out together. They did the shopping and acted like a cute old couple.
Minsook crossed the road but a car started arriving out of nowhere.
Youngjae did like everyone would have done: shouted and call her name. But instead of saying Minsook, he was deeply stressed and only the end of her name came out of his pretty mouth.
