Haebin POV

It had been one weeks since Yeonjun went missing. But, Hoseok and Sora always been there for me.

The house feel empty without him. I miss him.......a lot.

So today I decided to visit him at the hospital.

Timeskip / at the hospital

"Ms. Park, his condition is getting critical so he might need a surgery soon. For the time being, its better for you to prepare for the worse" the doctor explained.

My heart dropped.

"Thank you dòctor"

Then, the doctor leave.

I take yeonjun's hand and kiss it. I started to cry.

"I-I'm sorry, I really am. I promise you will survive the surgery and live a happy life. Please be with me and I will love you until the day I die." I said sobbing.

Yeonjun POV

I watch her from afar.

The tears fall from my eyes.

I love you too, so much that I cant bear seeing you like this.

But I cant, please.......

I continued watching her crying. It was very hard trying not to embrace her in my arms and said that everything is okay.......

I want to protect her but I cant.......

I want to hold her tight but I cant

Suddenly, Haebin's phone ringing startled the both of them.

"Yes, this is Detective Park speaking"

"Haebin, Im sorry to inform you but Hwang Jaewoo has escaped from prison and the worse is......he have your mom"
Hoseok said with a serious tone.

Haebin dropped her phone. It makes Yeonjun curious.

"What happened?" He whisper to himself.

"M-mom, mom, mom...No my mom!" She yelled before rushing to department.

Timeskip / office

"What happened, how can he escaped?"
She yelled to the officer.

She was mentally not stable right now.

"Calm down Detective Park" Hoseok said still maintaied the profesionalisme.

"How can I calm the sh*i out of me, he have my mom!!! Dont you know how to do your job properly!!" She yelled at police

"We are very sorry Detective Park"

"Now, lets just search for his whereabout first okay?" Hoseok said try to relieved the situation.

Haebin POV

While searching for any clue about the bastard criminal and my mom, I cant stop crying. I was doing my job while the tears keep on flowing from my eyes. I was praying and begging for my mom to be safe.

"Oh my gosh, Detective Park are you okay? You should take a rest and go home" one of the female worker advised me.

I wiped my tears and smile bitterly.

"I'm okay, how can I fall asleep and rest while my mom was not in the safe hand"

She gave me a sympatic look.

"Maybe I just wanna grab some coffee"
Before I could even walk I collapsed to the hard ground.

Then, suddenly someone pick me up bridal style.

When I looked up I see him....

Choi Yeonjun

"I cant bear seeing you suffered alone" he said.

I cry and burried my face in his neck.

"Where are you, I miss you"

I cant stop......its too overwhelming.......I was longing for him

"Lets go home. About your mom, everythings gonna be alright, princess"

My heart flutter hearing the nicknames he gave me.

I nodded.

Yeonjun POV

Hoseok hyung have been persuade me to go to Haebin for almost an hour now.

"Hyung I cant, please"

"No , you have to do it. She need comfort, she need someone, she need YOU. You love her right?"

"Yes, I really love her"

"Then go to her"

I paused. Yes, she need me.

"Alright, I'll come. Wait for me."

End call.

I pick her up bridal style to brought her back home.

Before that I spotted Hoseok hyung and go to him.

"Its okay, about her mother, our team will cover it up surely" he said.

"Thank you"

Haebin was sleeping in my back. Yeah, I change the position so I can piggyback her.
Is was so nice having her in my arms again.

Upon reaching home, I laid beside her at our bed.

She suddenly speak in his sleep." Dont go. You promise to hold me tight"

She cried in her sleep.

"Shh,dont cry. Im here.......I always am"

I hug her to sleep.

"I hope so"
