Exams went by faster than expected. Ryder and I came out of Room 6, after finishing our final paper, Economics. We were walking down the hall to the exit to meet Rhylee and Zack at the parking lot.

"How was it?" He grinned at me.

"It was pretty okay." I shrugged.

"I'm sure you'll do well." He kissed me on the cheek.

I blushed.

"Are you crazy? What if someone saw that?"

He shrugged. "And so what if someone saw it? I don't care."

I smiled. He opened the door for me and we stepped outside. I immediately spotted Zack's black Rolls Royce among the motorcycles. We walked over to it and climbed into the backseat.

Ryder and Zack shared a fist bump.

"Sammy." He acknowledged me and smiled. I gave him a wave in return.

Ryder rolled his eyes and make a sound which sounded like a cough and a growl mixed together.

"Jealous much?" I whispered into his ear.

"I'm not jealous. I just don't get why the whole Sammy thing still applies." He huffed and folded his arms.

I laughed at his childishness.

"How was the paper?" Rhylee looked back and asked.

"It was fine." Ryder answered. "Thank you."

"So where are we going to celebrate?" Zack asked.

"I knew this gathering had something to do with a party." Ryder frowned.

"Chillax bro. It's just to celebrate the end of exams."

"Whatever."

"Cold Stone?" I suggested.

Zack smiled through the rear-veiw mirror. "Perfect."

"Ohhhh..." Rhylee rolled back her eyeballs in delight as the ice cream hit her tastebuds. "It's just so good."

"I agree." Ryder nodded.

"And to think you didn't want to come." I rolled my eyes and fed myself another spoon of Cookies n Cream.

He scoffed. "It's not as if I didn't want to come. It's just that...."

"It's just that what?" Zack looked up.

"I do not like things that have to do with parties. Period."

Rhylee gave a dramatic gasp. "So you mean you've never had a birthday party before?"

He shrugged. "My last birthday party was when I was, I think, eleven?"

"Eleven!" Rhylee practically screamed, which earned us a few glares from other people. Zack smiled at them apologetically.

"That's really too bad," she pouted. "But I hope you throw Willow parties."

"I wouldn't call them parties. We just go out to eat and get cupcakes. When we get back home, we watch a Disney movie and Willow dresses up as a princess. Nothing much."

"That's so sweet." I coo.

"I never knew you could be a softie." Zack smirked at Ryder.
