I wipe the tear from my eyes.

Fuck, that album was beautiful.

You ever listen to a song that touches your heart and you feel a jolt through your body? Yeah, that's what's happening as we speak.

I pull off my headphones and let out a low breath. My bedroom door opens and Minhyuk walks in talking about nonsense. I tackle him into a hug and his eyes widen.

Minhyuk: Are you okay?
Me: Your vocals, they don't make talent that authentic anymore.

He grins.

Minhyuk: Ah, you listened to the album? How did you feel about Monsta?
Me: My body tingles.

He laughs pulling me into another hug.

Hyungwon whines as I pop his hand for the tenth time. I'm baking cupcakes for Anthony's birthday but he's been in the kitchen for twenty minutes trying to steal one.

Changkyun walks in eyeing the two batches I already made. One vanilla, one chocolate, and the last batch in the oven is strawberry.

Changkyun: What's the occasion?
Me: Anthony's birthday.
Changkyun: You didn't make me cupcakes for my birthday.

I shoot him an unamused look.

Me: Do you remember why? You wouldn't let me leave your bedroom for the whole day, I literally couldn't walk for a week.

He smirks as he reminisces over the memory.

Changkyun: That was a good day.
Me: The first few rounds yes, after that it was just sadism.

He presses a sweet kiss to my temple before walking out, dragging Hyungwon with him. My mind drifts off to the two engagement rings upstairs in my dresser. Neither boy has mentioned it since I've received them.

Sometimes I wonder if I should wear them or not. But would wearing them suggest an answer I didn't say? A sigh leaves my lips.

Anthony smiles from ear to ear as I sit all Thee containers full of cupcakes down, he thanks me over and over while I just shrug.

Me: It was no problem.

He bites into the treat before humming. He sticks his thumb up signaling that he likes them.

Anthony: Delicious.

My phone begins to vibrate because of a message.

Cinnie💅🤍: GET READY BITCH, CUS IM COMING.
