Hi, my name is Alexsandra. People call me Alex, Lexi, or Alexis. I'm fifteen years old. I'm also considered pretty at my school, but that doesn't mean my life is easy. I'm bullied by people at my school. By people, I mean popular girls.
I live in an orphanage. I've been there since I was five. The people there are nice but it's not home. I've been waiting for years for someone to adopt me. It hasn't happened yet. The only thing worse than living at an orphanage is that I'm the oldest.
I get blamed for things I didn't even do. It's only because I'm the oldest and I have to be a good example for the younger kids there. My life is not as easy as I said. My life sucks. I've been there for most of my life.
For the first few years at the orphanage, I still had hope. But now, all that hope is gone. I feel alone most of the time and I don't really have any friends. So I'm alone. No one to hold. No one to cry on a shoulder. No one to comfort me in the hard times.
Tomorrow is adoption day. I'm so excited. ( Note of sarcasm). Adoption Day is hell. I hate it. I never get adopted so why even try anymore.
