Yue Noya possesses the Ice Style. Despite her cold style, she is a very warm person who befriends Naruto early on causing him to develop a crush on her. Pretending to be blind to it, Yue slowly develops feeling for her friend.
AN: This one is a lot longer this time. Also I changed the bells from 3 back to 2. The picture above is how I picture Yue's outfit w/o the polish. She would also wear the leaf headband around her waist like a belt. Credit goes to the original artist.

Yue had patiently been waiting up in her tree watching and waiting. Then watching and waiting some more. "So this is where you have been?"
"Ah!" Yue nearly fell out of the tree seeing Kakashi behind her. "Who are you to just sneak up on people!"
"Uh, this is a test." Kakashi scratched the back of his head. She is different. But what sets her apart?
"Well since you came to me, don't you think you should be aware of your surroundings."
"Huh?"
Yue was not defenseless, and she wasn't going to sit up in a tree watching and waiting for Kakashi to find her. Kakashi looked around to see that Yue had somehow caused an array of ice needles to surround him. Of course, they had been there the whole time hiding in the leaves.
"I know I'm no match, but it's trying that makes an A for effort." Before Yue could make her move, she is hit from behind causing her to fall down off the tree. "Ah!" Yue falls right onto the ground only to turn into a poof of smoke. Kakashi had known the young ninja was up in the tree and he had noticed she was up to something when he noticed her hands moving to move her ice needles.
"You're right an A for effort." Kakashi shrugs with his one eye closed as he smiles under his mask failing to see that it was a substitution and not Yue.
The real Yue who had been on the branch a little higher where she had been forming a hand sign. "Ice breaking fist." Her left fist becomes covered in a block of ice as she jumps down with the intent to harm Kakashi. With a hit to the top of his head, Kakashi turns into a log. Her ice block fist comes into contact with the tree branch, splitting it in half. Able to catch herself, Yue jumps back onto the branch she was on before. Oh no! Now where could he be? Not wanting to stay around and find out, Yue hops from tree to tree until her path is blocked by Kakashi.
"I guess you found me." Yue nervously laughs. Hopping down out of the tree and onto open ground, Kakashi does the same. Not wasting any time for Kakashi to land, Yue runs full force to knock him off his feet with another ice fist. Just as her fist is about to come into contact the ice dissolves creating a puddle at her feet.
"Um. Well that wasn't supposed to happen." Yue laughs in embarrassment. Kakashi takes this as an opportunity to strike and let it be a lesson for Yue to not let failure distract her. Hands burst from under the ground behind Yue and pulls her under with just her head above ground.
"Huh? How did you do that?" Yue struggles to get out of the ground, but it is no use. With her hands trapped by her side Yue is trapped.
"You lasted longer than I thought." Kakashi turns to walk around and can't help but laugh hearing the young girl fuss.
