"Thought you could run from us, huh?" An angel appeared. "Zazriel." Cass glared. "Castiel. I knew you were the mole. How could you keep this... abomination as a pet?" he asked. "She's not a pet or an abomination. She's my family." Anger built in his voice.

"How very... sentimental, but I'm afraid your time with her is done," he jeered, without thinking you released yourself from Jack's grip and held his hand.

"No. You're time is done," you said before holding Cass' hand in your other. You nodded to them as their eyes and yours all glowed together. With one quick motion, you had killed the angel. "Go!" Cass demanded, to which you both complied. "I didn't know we could..." Jack started. "Me neither," you finished. As soon as Cass got back in the car, you were off.

You had fallen asleep with your head on Jack's shoulder. "I don't feel good," you told Jack, woken by the sudden urge to vomit. It was almost like you were in your first trimester again. "What's wrong?" he asked, immediately on high alert. You shook your head, thinking it passed.

You tried to go back to sleep, but every time you closed your eyes, the feeling would return. "Pull the car over," you said abruptly. Everyone looked back at you in shock. You hadn't really been your sassy, demanding self for quite some time, so hearing your voice like that was unexpected.

"What? Y/N, we're on the highway." Dean said, turning his head back and forth between you and the road. "Dean, pull the hell over. Now!" you shouted, he finally complied. You stumbled out of the car, and you can imagine what happened next. "Are you okay?" Jack asked, placing a hand on your back. You nodded, looking up at him.

"Here. Take this," he said, taking his sweater off. "No, you'll get cold," you said, pushing his arm away. "I'm sitting in between you and Castiel. I'll be fine," he insisted. You smiled, trying not to cry from how sweet he was being. After that ordeal, you were back on the road. Cass told you that using your powers was probably the cause, but he also said that it could be a sign that the babies were going to be delivered soon.

Dean passed a bag back to you. "I'm okay," you said gently. "Just take it. I don't want any bodily fluids touching Baby," he said, waving it in your face. "Funny that's coming from you." you mumbled, taking it from him.

Eventually, you fell back asleep, but the night was rough. It seriously felt like the first trimester again. You were stopping every hour because of nausea, and every half hour to pee. Not that the peeing part was weird. Sam, Dean, and Cass decided it was too dangerous to stop for the night.

The next morning you had stopped at a drive thru. Since you had stopped so many times during the night, Dean didn't feel the need to stop to get out again.  "I can't stand the smell of that," you complained. "You have to eat something," Jack said, a worried expression crossed his face. "I can't. When are we gonna be there?" you asked. "Well considering how many stops we've been making... I'd say tomorrow night," Dean replied, and he was right.

*Kelly Kline's Cabin*

You had finally made it to the cabin. You had cleaned up, and you were now getting your stuff settled in. But you noticed that Jack had left the room and didn't come back. "Jack?" you called, wrapping his sweater tighter around you. You wondered where he was, but after walking into the hallway a little further, you heard something coming from the nursery.

"Jack?" You peeked around the corner to see him standing at the crib. "She used to tell me stories about the little engine that could... She would tell me that no matter how hard life gets, I need to do my best to be the best person I can be." He brought his hand to his face. You felt the sadness coming from him. It was hard for him to be here and rightfully so.

You made your way across the room and embraced him. "I love you," he said, wrapping his arms around you. "I know. She's proud of you. I can feel it," you told him, looking up into his tear filled eyes. He let a grin play on his lips. "Jack, we can breathe now. Can you feel it? We made it... because of you. I know it was and is hard for you to stay here, but you saved us," you went on.
