Bailey sat down on the couch next to Will as he explained what he felt when the mindflayer was near.

Bailey wasn't paying attention, all she could think of was the worst. Things like:

What if they all had to go through the horrible things they did last year, what if the lab was still after her and El after all.

She couldn't seem to focus on one topic, it was hard for the girl to stay positive.

"It's like everything inside your body is just sinking all at once, but this is worse...your body it feels cold and-and you can't breathe, I've felt it before, whenever he was close" will explained  "whenever who was close?" Max asked "the mindflayer" Will said "I closed the gate" El stated "I know but...what if he never left? What if we locked him out here with us?" Will said and Bailey got the chills from the boy's sentence.

"This is him, all of him, but that day on the field, apart of him attached itself to me" Will said while wiping the pastel coal making some stay on his hand "my mom got it out of me..and Eleven closed the gate" Will explained and flipped the paper over "but the part that was still in me, what if it's still in our world?...in Hawkins" he said while slapping the left over coal on his hand onto the back of the paper.

"I don't understand, the demodogs died when El closed the gate if the brain dies the body dies" Max said "we can't take any chances, we need to assume the worst, the mind flayers back" Mike said "yea, and if he is, he'd wanna attach himself to someone again, a new me" Will said "a new host" Lucas said

"How can tell if someone is a host?" El asked and we all looked at her

The kids all hid behind cars looking at billy up on the life guard seat

"I don't know, he looks pretty normal to me" max said while looking through the binoculars "normal? How many times have you seen him with that on?" Lucas asked referring to billy being covered up in the summer heat "I mean..it's a little weird" max said "more than a little" bailey said "he was in a tub of ice, the mind flayer likes it cold-plus everything else" mike said "but he's lounging on at a pool, which is like the least mind flayer thing ever" max said "not necessarily, the mind flayer likes to hide. He only used me when he needed me..,it's like, like your dormant and then, when he needs you, your activated" Will explained "ok so we just wait until he gets activated" max said "no, what if he hurts someone?" Mike asked "or kill someone" bailey said

"We can't take that chance we need to find out if he's the host" mike said while going from behind the car "where are you going?" El asked the boy "I have an idea, boys only" mike said and Lucas and will ran towards mike "seriously?!" Bailey and max in unison "just trust me on this one" mike said and bailey sighed

The girls all waited outside in boredom

Bailey glanced over to el and walked over to the girl

"Hey" Bailey said and el looked up "hi" el said "umm, I know we left off on bad terms-" max cut bailey off "I'll let you 2 talk" max said and the girls nodded

"So-we left off on bad terms and I don't want that to happen" bailey said and el nodded "I don't either" she said and bailey smiled "we need to work together, at the end of the day we're sisters and we can't not ignore each other our whole life" bailey said with a laugh and el smiled "yea" el agreed while nodding "sisters forever?" Bailey asked with a raised eyebrow and el let out a soft laugh "sisters forever" el said while hugging the girl and they pulled away "I'm so glad I got the awkward tension out of the air" bailey said while laughing "me too, I missed you" el said "I missed you to, el" bailey said and max walked back over

"That was great" max said making the girls laugh "it was" bailey said while nodding "now we can all hang out with each other" max said and the girls both nodded happily

"Pools closed" Billy said and they closed the door "hey! Do you hear me? Pool is closed" billy said and tried getting out of the door but they locked it and shut the lights off "billy" mike said as the kids went along with the plan "billy" mike said again "who's there?" Billy said back

Billy soon was led to the sauna room with the kids all hiding in their spots

"Got you" billy said thinking the fake test dummy was an actual kid "come and get me you piece of shit" mike said into the supercomm that was attached to the test dummy

"Hey, behind you" mike said and billy turned around to see eleven "hi" el said and made the teen boy fly back into the wall and the other half of the party ran out and el closed the door and mike slid the metal bar through the door handle and the pipe then locked it shut

So they kids ran behind el and watched billy struggle

Then billy finally stopped and looked at max "max" billy said and they all looked at max "do it" max said and and Will turned the sauna temperature up

"Max let me out of here! Let me out!" Billy yelled

"You kids...you think this is funny? You kids think this is some kind of sick prank, huh? You little shits think this is funny!? What is this? Open the door" he said "open the door!" He said and banged on the door making the kids all jump

"Open the door! Open the goddamn door!" Billy yelled then he dropped to the floor then Will ran to the temperature "we're at 220" Will said then walked back then billy started sobbing "it's not my fault, it's not my fault, it's not my fault max, I promise you, it's not my fault" billy sobbed as max slowly walked up to the door "what's not your fault billy?" She asked "I've done things, Max. Really...bad things, I didn't mean to, he made me do it" billy sobbed they we all walked close together "who made you do it?" Max asked "I don't know, it's like a shadow, like a giant shadow, please max" billy said "what did he make you do?" Max asked

"It's not my fault, okay? Please max. Please believe me max, it's not my fault, I tried to stop him okay? I did...please believe me max, please believe me" billy cried "billy, it's gonna be okay" max said "max, please" billy said "it's gonna be okay, we want to help you, you just have to talk to us okay?" Max said

"I feel him" Will said making bailey and mikes head turn towards him "he's activated" will said "max get away from the door" mike said "what?" Max asked "get away from the door!" Mike yelled and billy broke the glass and tried grabbing max

As Billy's yelling got louder bailey covered her ears blocking out everything everything went quiet as she grabbed wills hand

Everything was going so fast for bailey, billy then rammed his body into the door making it fly opened and he fell to the floor

El then lifted up the weight and and threw it at billy making him slam back into the brick wall and she pressed the weight more making billy suffocate

Billy was strong enough to push the weight forward making el duck down and giving billy the opportunity to grab her by her hair making scream

He roughly placed his hand over els neck and started choking the girl

Bailey stepped up making fire come above her palm

She looks over to el to see her lose air quickly she pushed her hand out making the fire burn Billy's hands

Billy dropped el and turned towards bailey

He started walking towards bailey and mike comes from behind billy and hits him with the metal pipe making billy fall

"Go to hell you piece of shit!" Mike said while trying to hit billy but billy grabbed the pipe and threw it down and started walking towards mike

Mike back soon hit the wall

Bailey panicked and was about to use her powers until el made the teen boy float in the air

Billy started losing air by the minute; spit coming out of his mouth

El then sends him through the wall

They kids all sit there shocked

Bailey grabbed her best friends hand and looks at the boy "it's fine, it's over" she said and will nodded

They all walked in front towards the hole to see billy run into the dark
