25. "Party time"

"Okay so you want to propose to her?" Piper clarifies. Carlos shakes his head. She moves her head to the side and looks at him, comfiest. "I want to promise to her that when we are old enough, i'll marry her" He explains. ''Mal and ben are engaged and they are the same age as you" Piper points out. "They're different" He shrugs. Piper rolls her eyes but explains her plan. "You'll go last, after me then bam" she smiles, proud of her plan. "Perfect" he smiles. "are we done? I need to get back to your girlfriend so she doesn't get suspicious" piper says. Carlos nods. "We don't want jay to get jealous" he smirks as they stand up. "Don't flatter yourself" Piper smirks before walking away. 

Pipers dress <3

"Piper!" Evie snaps piper back into reality. "the party is tonight! You need to get your outfit on" Evie instructs. Piper rolls her eyes playfully but takes her outfit and changes into it. It was a top and a skirt which basically looked like a dress.  As she comes out Evie pushes her into a chair. "Makeup time" Bella giggles causing piper to groan. She wasn't fond of makeup, it covered her freckles which she loved. "Gold, green or red?" Bella questions out loud. Evie starts brushing though pipers hair. "None?" Piper suggests hopefully at the same time Evie replies with "Gold" After a short while Pipers look was completed. Her hair was left to fall, straight,  down her back. She had minimalistic makeup on, which piper was thankful for. Evie pushed her towards the mirror. "Wow I look..." She starts. "Stunning" Both of her friends hug her from behind. They all smiled at each other in the mirror. Piper wanders to her jewellery and picks up a necklace. One she wore almost daily. It was a small golden medal with her name at the bottom, the only other thing on there was a heart. The back had a message but no body else knew what it said. It went perfectly with her look. 

Bellas dress <3

Time for Bella to get ready. "Dress" Evie hands it to her as piper tries to sit down on her bed. Evie looks at her and piper sighs. "Nope, bellas hair" Evie instructs. Piper rolls her eyes but at least it wasn't makeup. Bella comes out and twirls being the extra girl she is. "Sit" piper instructs picking up the hair brush. "Im trusting you with my hair?" she asks. "Very funny" piper says sarcastically.  Bella allows her friends to start her look. By the end of it, her eyelids were baby pink and her hair was curled. "Beautiful" Evie and piper state as Bella looks in the mirror. Bella grins at them.

Evie's dress <3

Evie had previously arrived ready. She had a simple makeup look, which surprised piper, with a bold red lip. It worked surprisingly well with her dress. Her blue hair and let down in curls with hair pinned up with a clip dizzy had designed holding it up. She looked effortlessly stunning, like always. 

As the trio waled out, Piper grabbed a bobble and placed it on her wrist. She knew she's get fed up of having her hair down so taking a bobble was for her own sanity. "Party time" Evie giggles as the trio meet up with Mal and head to the party. 

The party had just begun and piper walked up to her boyfriend. "Wow" he looks her up and down. "Eyes up here" she smirked, snapping her fingers in front of his face. "You look....stunning" he compliments. Piper develops a slight blush. She wasn't used to compliments. "Thank you" she smiles as he pulls her closer to him. "Happy birthday" he grins. "it was on the 12th but i'll led it slide" she teases. "I have your present" he pulls a box from behind his back and handed it to her. She takes it and mumbles a thank you before untying the ribbon. Inside was a charm bracelet. "All the charms represent moments we have had, or your friends" he says, nervously. "I love it" she smiles, taking it out and he helps her out it on.  She observed the charms. "A lamp, a dog, a dragon, a rose, a dress, a heart, one saying partners in crime" she notices them,  each one which reminded her of something or someone. One catching her eye, she giggles "A hook". Jay smiles, remembering creating that one. "Thank you" she leans up on her tippytoes to kiss him. 

"Hey" Bella greets her boyfriend. "You look amazing" he twirls her around. "Not too shabby yourself" she giggles. "Had to look good for your party" he smiles, intertwining their hands as they walked. "You'll have to wait to get your present" he smirks, knowing his girlfriend was extremely impatient. "I hate waiting" she pouts. He laughs and pulls her into a hug. "Happy birthday by the way" he adds with a grin. "It's not like you've said that about fifteen times already today" she giggles. "we don't celebrate birthdays too much on the isle, i'm just enjoying it" he defends. Bella smiles and kisses him softly. "It's cute" 

The two couples meet up in the middle. "Look" piper shows her bracelet to Bella. "It's like mine Carlos got me for our anniversary!" Bella says, shaking hers down her arm so it lay still. It was her favourites piece of jewellery and she wore it daily. Jay and Carlos nod at each other, they made them at the same rime, just say waiting longer, Carlos being more impatient. "It's so cute" piper smiles, leaning against her boyfriend. Her hair starts annoying her so naturally she ties it up into her signature low ponytail. "piper!" Bella says in a warning tone. "What!" Piper challenges. "You can never listen to what we say can you?" Bella sighs. "nope" piper grins and sticks her tongue out. The pair smirk at each other childishly causing their boyfriends too groan. 

Piper was enjoying her party. She was slightly saddened that her dad couldn't be here but she hadn't expected him to. She was mid dance with Bella and Parker when she heard a noise. "Piper!" someones voice shouted from the corner. She couldn't quite put her finger on it until it clicked. She couldn't quite believe it. She ran towards them grinning. Bella looked at her in confusion, who was she running towards?
