Miss Nightingale thought it would be nice to let everyone, both survivors and hunters, to have a break from the game. Survivors cheer as they no longer have to deal with their constant fear, while the hunters can relax from the annoyance from them. You stretch your body as you yawn. It's been a while since you had a proper sleep. As you go to change your clothes for the upcoming day, you hear a knock from your door. You rush and quickly open the door to see Joseph with his hair down. Your eyes widen and smile. "Good morning, Joseph~ Fancy seeing you this early in the morning." He chuckles as he walks in your room. "Matinée, mon cher. Avez vous faim?"

You form a small blush. Whenever he speaks French, it's as if he's a different man compared to his current language speaking. "Yes, I'm very hungry. But give me a second since I just woke up." He nods and sits on your bed. After a few minutes, you sigh in relief and see Joseph staring at you in awe. "What?" He shakes his head and mumbles, "Vous êtes belle.." You blink in confusion as he walks out with a laugh. You yell, "Wait, what did you say!?" He looks back when you run to catch up to him and wink. "Nothing for you to worry about."

As the two of you walk together to the dinner table with the others, you see Michiko and Jack playing chess. The sound of your footsteps made them turn their heads to your direction. They say, "Good morning (Y/N), Joseph!" The lady smiles while Jack mumbles, "Why do I keep losing to you.." You politely greet them back while Joseph only waves. Then, he holds your hand. You smile and firmly grasp it as he leads you to the table. The smell of the freshly cooked food made your stomach growl. The photographer giggles as you flare up in red.

After finishing breakfast, the two go on to take a walk to the garden. You both have discussions until it goes into deeper topics. He says, "Have you lost anyone.. before?" You look at him with wide eyes before blinking. You make a sad expression before nodding. You breathe out, "Yes, I have. Why the sudden head?" He shakes his head. He says, "..I remember my brother." You hold his right hand with your left tightly. You say, "It's okay, Joseph." You embrace the male who now has tears running down his chin. "I'm sure Claude is watching over you. As long as you continue to remember him right here," you poke his chest where his heart locates, "He will continue to exist." You help him wipe his tears and walk forward with your connected hands. You say, "Let's look at the pretty flowers~!" Joseph softly chuckles and nods.

The hunter and his huntress examine the roses hanging on the bushes. Joseph turns to look at you and his eyes widen. Time seems to have slowed time in his perspective. The way the sun shines on you, revealing the features he adores for so long in the spotlight. While you ramble about how pretty the flowers are, he quietly goes to get his camera and takes a photo of you. As the light flashes on you, a photo appears from the camera. You turn to look at the white haired man in surprise. "What was that for?"

He takes the photo and says, "I wanted to capture something beautiful." You blink for a couple of times before blushing. He softly laughs at your reaction and looks at the photo with a smile. Reliving the moment has made his heart beat multiple times. He puts the photo in his coat while you pout. You say, "Aw, I was going to ask you to see it." He shakes his head and says, "Sorry, it's only for me~" You roll your eyes and giggle. "Fine. Whatever you say." Then, you point at the tallest sunflower. "Oh my god! That's so tall!" You run up to it in awe as Joseph chuckles. You turn back to him and give him a bright smile.
