The sun shines into the room before shining into my face; I slowly open my eyes to see Ela sleeping on my chest. I chuckle softly then gently sit up. The green-haired Polish girl mumbles silently, so I carefully move her to the side of the bed. After that is done, I stand up and walk towards the bathroom to change. The clock reads 7:45 AM, man I woke up a bit early than usual. Anyway, I put my combat pants and boots before sitting down on the couch and pulling a holy bible from my bag.

Me: Alright... *Puts on glasses then opens the book* Time for bible studies...
Like that, I start reading the ever Holy Bible.
(POV switch to Ela's)
I'm having a nice deep slumber, but out of nowhere, I start to hear a soft southern voice from the other side of the room. I open my eyes to see a shirtless Jonathan sitting on the couch, reading some sort of book. I take a closer look to see that it is the bible for the US Marine Corps. But not only that, I see a tattoo on his left shoulder.

Me: *In head* Well damn... How did I not notice that?
Suddenly, the Marine quotes a bible verse...
Jonathan: Now know I that the LORD saveth his anointed; he will hear him from his holy heaven with the saving strength of his right hand. -Psalms 20:6. *Looks at me then smiles* Good morning, Ela.
Me: Good morning... *Gets out of bed* Doing some bible studies, I see?
Jonathan: Yup! *Closes book then removes glasses* I do them almost every morning. *Stands* I need some faith.
Me: I see. *Examines his body* Wow... How did I miss those tattoos?
Jonathan: *Shrugs* I don't know... Probably because you're tired last night.
Me: Probably. Um, do you have more tattoos?
Jonathan: Yes, I do! *Turns* I have this on my right shoulder.
