Chapter 13

Elena

Elena left the room and went downstairs, she sat on the kitchen counter guzzling down red wine, while replaying Andre's statement in her head. Hell, she liked Andre and she thought he liked her back, only for him to say their kiss had meant nothing. She she had herself to blame she thought, she was in love.. Maybe not totally love, but more than like with a boy who had a girlfriend. A bitchy one, when she had a lot of boys vying for her attention, even her ex boyfriend from Spain had texted her in the morning, begging her to accept him back, not that she replied his texts, she deleted it without a second thought. Diego, her ex boyfriend was part of the bad stuffs she left behind in Spain and didn't want to remember or have further contact with.

Fallon climbed the stairs and saw Elena drinking wine looking lost in her thoughts.

"Elena... Are you okay?" Fallon asked quietly standing directly in front of Elena.

Elena nodded. "Trying to be.. I guess it's obvious huh, liking someone who doesn't like you back." Elena replied dropping her wine glass on the counter top.

"Yeah, tell me about it." Fallon replied sadly.

"What do you mean?" Elena asked surprised and curious.

Fallon waved her hand away. "Nothing."

"Well at least Damian and Andre have settled their issue, Tiana and Damian finally know how they feel about each other."

"I'm glad everything is settled, this week was boring and tense." Fallon said.

"Yeah.. Are you having fun though?"

"Yes, though I can't say the same about you." Fallon replied.

"Ironic isn't it, I threw the party and I'm not even enjoying myself."

"For the record, you're way cooler and prettier than Madison." Fallon said smiling.

Elena smiled back. "Thanks."

Fallon nodded. "Well, I'm going upstairs to join the others.. You coming?"

"Yeah.. Will join you guys soon.. And Fallon thanks." Elena said.

Fallon turned back and asked. "For what?"

"For being my friend." Elena replied and Fallon nodded, turned back and went upstairs.

Tiana

Tiana and Damian moved to the roof of the building looking down at the houses on the Upper east side.

"So.. You think I'm the right girl for you." Tiana started, her hand softly brushing Damian's messy blonde hair.

Damian nodded and smiled. "Yeah baby.. If you're interested in this hot guy standing in front of you."

Tiana laughed. "And who said you're hot babe?"

"I look in the mirror everyday Tia, and seriously who could resist me?" Damian asked rhetorically.

"Shut up!" Tiana replied laughing softly.

"I know I have a reputation of being a play boy and all that, but I like you Tia, I've always liked you.. And if you're really cool with it.. I would love to be your boyfriend." Damian said shyly.

"Wow, I like you too Damian, and yes I will love to be your girlfriend." Tiana replied.

Damian looked up at her happily and carried her, jumping loudly and laughing. "Yessss baby!!!!!!" He yelled out loud, dropped her and kissed her. "There's something I have to tell you though." He said.

"What?" Tiana asked worriedly.

"Well, Gretchen was the one that leaked our pictures." He said.

"What?? That fucking bitch!" Tiana yelled angrily.

"Yeah, she happily called me on the phone and told me."

"Wait.. You still talk to her on the phone?"

Damian nodded sheepishly. "Well not exactly, but she has my number." He replied.

"Ok, though I hate the idea of her having your number or what happened between you guys, any more bitchy one night stand I need to stay away from?" Tiana asked looking annoyed.

Damian shook his head. "No, I don't think so, Gretchen is just crazy."

"I don't want to talk about Gretchen." Tiana replied.

'That's fine by me, girlfriend."

Tiana laughed. "Girlfriend, I can get used to that."

Andre

Andre looked annoyed and frustrated with Madison possessive attitude as she has been touching his thighs suggestively, kissing him and whispering all the dirty things she wants to do with him.

He was concerned about Elena who was now playing Monopoly with Jaxon and Fallon, he knew he hurt her feelings when he said the kiss had meant nothing, it was a big lie, the kiss meant a lot to him. He likes Elena and while he would love to tell her his real feelings, he knew he couldn't, not yet at least as he was still dating Madison, and he knew what Madison could do to Elena if she finds out he has feelings for her or break up with her to be with Elena, it was fucking complicated and Madison wandering hands seems to annoy him further, as he brushed her hand away again.

"Why do you keep brushing my hands away?" Madison whispered to Andre.

"We're in a public place Mads." Andre replied annoyed.

"So? And we're the only ones in the hot tub, so they can't see us." Madison replied touching his thighs again.

Andre brushed her hands away. "I'm not in the mood Mads, so pls leave me alone."

"Is this because Elena is over there."

"Since you mentioned her, why did you bring up the kiss in front of her and well everybody?" Andre asked.

Madison shrugged. "I wanted to clear the air and let her know she can't have you.. You're mine." She replied viciously.

Andre frowned. "I'm not a property to be owned Madison."

"You know what I mean, anyways you're sleeping over at my place tonight." She said.

"And why would I do that? Besides I can't because I drove here."

"Tiana can drive your car back, we will drive mine."

Andre rolled his eyes. "I've been drinking, I can't drive." He said.

"Then we will call an uber." Madison replied glaring at him.

"You know what Madison?" Andre asked standing up. "I'm leaving." He said.

"To where?"

"I'm going home alone, will order uber."

"Wait, what about me?" Madison yelled.

"I'm sure you will figure it out." Andre yelled back and left the hot tub, saying his goodbyes to Fallon and Jaxon, while giving Elena an awkward nod, he texted Tiana that he has left, he didn't want to imagine were she and Damian were, and what they were doing. By the time he stepped out of Elena's mansion, the uber driver was already waiting for him. He opened the passenger door and entered inside, slamming the door shut and sighed loudly. Who said being in a relationship was easy??
