Adriel's pov
"Hey" l said walking up to naya in the hallways
"Are you packed and ready to go" l asked her
"Yeah" she showed me her bag pack on her back and I took it
"I can carry it, you know"
"I know, let's get on the bus"
We sat at the very back, students starting to come in filling up the seats
A timid looking girl walked in holding her bag closely to her chest
"Hey slums" a dude said and they all laughed
Why would they call her that
"You should sit on the floor its where you belong" he tripped her and she fell
They all started laughing
I got up and went to help her
"Hero boy to the rescue, tell me do you protect all the dogs in your pack"
I picked her up ignoring what the guy said "are you okay l asked?" She nodded
"I asked a question hero boy" I sniffed the air it was another alpha's son trying to act big, I led the girl to the back putting her beside naya
"Hey when l ask a question" his hand came down on my back and I quickly turn around spinning his elbow behind him and pushed him to the ground
He screamed like a baby
"What's going on here" a teacher got on the bus
"He just-" he looked at his twisted hand
"nothing seems to be wrong with your hand mr mitchell please take a seat"
"He-"
"Place take a seat mr mitchell"
"This is not over" he looked at me
I sat down beside a guy with his earphones in "he deserved it" the guy said and I agreed by nodding
"I'm Douglas btw" he didn't seem to have any alpha scent on him
He noticed I was trying to figure him out "oh I'm a beta's kid" seems like all the alpha's sons are assholes I wonder if people think that about me too
Either way l don't care
"I'm adriel" I said he nodded and I took out a book and he went back to listening his music
We arrived 4 hours later I got off the bus and stood beside naya and the girl from earlier
Douglas was the last to get off the bus and he came and stood beside me earphones still in, I like this kid he doesn't talk much
"Listen up kids, I know you're all wolfs but you haven't had your first Changes yet so you're still equivalent to a human being, never wonder off alone, your phones don't work here so leave them on the bus if you want. You're safer in groups, Four persons to a tent of the same gender" he spoke "we will set up camp a few miles from the river, follow me"
We all followed him into the woods
"Hey" the girl from earlier said "thank you I'm kency, kency withworth"
"Its no problem I'm adriel"

We set up camp close by a river all the tents were up and we were trying to get a camp fire going
"Gather around kids" our teacher mr john spoke and we all sat down, from the looks of it there was about 30 students here
Naya sat beside me the night was getting a bit chilly and she started shivering
I took off my jacket and draped it around her shoulders
"I'm not cold" she was obviously cold
"Can you keep my jacket, I'm starting to get a little hot" I told her it was cold but I'd rather she has it
"Sure" she shivered
"It was dark and stormy night ....." Mr john trailed off and I zoned out looking at the stars above it was a beautiful night
There was a bunch of stars in the shape of an arrow
How fascinating
"And he ate her!" The girls screamed naya scooted closer to me
"Time for bed, go to your assigned tents"
I got up and naya followed sticking to my side
"Are you okay?" I looked down at her
"Yeah" she looked around
I followed her to the tent and went back to mines
Three guys were already there including Douglas
A guy came up to me, alpha's son l sniffed "hey I'm daniel"
"Adriel"
The other one greeted me also another alpha's son "jacob" he smiled
I guess l was wrong not all of them are bad
