Naya's pov I woke up early today and got ready for school
Ms patricia had dropped me off and l immediately ran to class to see if adriel was there He wasn't
Students were sitting down waiting for the teacher "Sup naya" garvey greeted "Hey garvey, I got to go" I opened the door going back out in the hallways I'm going to his house
"Naya, wait up" he came running reaching for my shoulders "where are you going, let me take you"
"No, its okay I'm fine" I turned to leave but... There he was standing a few feet a way from me with his head down
"Adriel" he looked up his eyes immediately going to garveys hand on my shoulders I moved away and garveys hand fell to the side
"Who's this" adriel asked making eye contact with garvey
its as if they were in a staring competition
"Uh this uh-"
"Garvey" he said his name
"Back in class kids" someone said from behind us It was the principal
Adriel looked so much scarier than he did before

Lunched rolled around and l decided I'd wait under the oak tree for Adriel We didn't have the same class so l didn't get a chance to talk to him
I headed outside going towards the tree when garvey ran up to me and stopped me by holding my wrist
"You seem dull, is everything okay?"
"Get.your. hands. off. her" adriel came up to us grabbing my hand dragging me inside
We ended up in an empty classroom
"Where were you, I've been calling you but there was no answer I was worried sick"
He stepped back "I'm sorry naya, I was sick"
"Why didn't you tell me?, atleast pick up the phone when l called"
"I sorta broke my phone" he scratched the back of his head
"You couldn't use your house phone?"
"Look naya, there is something wrong with me" he paced around the room "I don't know what's happening to me"
Garvey barged in "you can't just take someone against there will"
"Who the fuck are you to tell me what l can and cannot do" adriel looked at him with this murderous look in his eyes
Garvey then took my hands and dragged me out into the hallways
"Wait, stop where are you taking me?"
Adriel came running behind us
Student were gathering to watch the scene that was unfolding I didn't know what to do
Adriel snatched my hand from garveys
"I said don't fucking touch her" his voice went few octaves lower
"Oh yeah and what are you gonna do about it" he came closer to adriels face and l noticed garvey was slightly taller must be because of the age difference garvey was 17
"Guys stop" I shouted but they didn't listen Garvey threw the first punch and knocked adriel back He launched at him they both started throwing fist and ended up on the ground Garvey was on top of Adriel about to hit him, l held on to his elbow but he flash me off accidentally hitting me in the nose they both seized what they were doing
There was blood dripping from my nose
"You hurt her" adriel growled he started breathing heavily
"You hurt naya" his bones started cracking and my hands covered my mouth stifling a scream
what is happening!?
He changed into a black medium sized wolf and launched for garvey knocking him over garvey got up twisting his neck side to side
"Its a fight you want, then you'll get it" he then shifted into a brown wolf it was the same size as adriel's holy shit! They went at each other clawing and biting I don't know what to do!! How can adriel shift!? He wasn't supposed to at 16
The age to shift was at 17!
"Time out!" our principal came and they stopped fighting
"Shift back now and everyone back to class except you" he pointed at me
He threw a towel at adriel and one at garvey
I turned around and they shifted back to human form
"My office now"
