You took a nice shower, now you're clean and dry. You're clinging onto him like a koala, your legs are wrapped around his torso as you sit on his lap, he's typing away on his laptop. A blanket is draped over the both of you.
Your head is under his chin and your arms are comfortably pressed against his chest.
Vasilios had a soft and content smile on his face as his hand rhythmically rubs your back up and down. Occasionally you'd feel a light peck on your head.
"(Y/n)...?" He cooed.
...you're asleep. How adorable.
"Oh, darling. I love you so much..." He lovingly wrapped his arms around you as he whispered sweet nothings in your ears although knowing that you're not listening.
He turned his head to the side to see Hermes peacefully asleep too, his bird body heaving up and down for every breath he takes.
You're safe here with him. He's going to be married to the love of his life soon, he lives in a comfortable home surrounded by his beloved pet and friends. He's making a living by doing what he loves.
Vasilios released a shaky sigh. He's overjoyed.
Life is good.
