so theres a boatload of info for those who don't really get the concept of nct. understandable too bc it's fucking confu-fucking-sing. so basically i have a mf rant.
WHY THE FUCK IS SM SO INCONSISTENT WITH FUCKING NCT? YALL BE CHANGING THE CONCEPT AROUND EVERY FUCKING DAY LIKE WHY THE FUCK WOULD U DO SOMETHING SO DARING AND CONTROVERSIAL AND NOT EVEN FUCKING FOLLOW THROUGH? THIS AINT EVEN BOUT YALL ITS ABOUT THE FANS AND THE MEMBERS THEMSELVES.
ok im calm. theres just quite a few inconsistencies w nct that i just want to straighten up.
1. firstly, the whole nct dream debacle. so a few days ago sm announced nct dream will be a fixed unit, therefore no new person can join but the current members (INCLUDING MARK WHO GRADUATED IN 2018) can be included in comebacks - for example, their april comeback will include all of the members except mark but in future there could be all 7 of them in the next comeback or only 5 if sm takes out a couple - thus, invalidating this whole graduation system.
if nct dream wasn't made to be fixed, why would u change it? i mean i'm glad bc i love nct dream and adored mark within it, but i think if you're going to have an idea and be so strong on it, u have to stay consistent bc now you're confusing everyone.
especially that nct dream is supposed to represent youthfulness. mark is going to be 21 this year and is starting to break away from the youthful vibe into a more mature image w nct 127 and superm etc. also, haechan, jaemin, jeno and renjun are going to be (or are) 20 years old this year. you can't milk this whole youthful image for years and years. so i'm just thinking, how tf are they going to maintain nct dream whilst the members are growing and becoming more mature? jisung's the youngest but my bro is getting so mature its crazy.
also, i feel like it was a dumb decision to keep mark in dream. it's not fair firstly bc he's being overworked to the max (dream, nct u + 127, AND MF SUPERM) and secondly i don't think dream suited him as much as the other units do. i do honestly prefer ot6 music than when mark was in it, only bc i think rn the lineup is perfect. mark seems a lot more in his element in nct 127 musically. also, i think they should also graduate haechan for the same reason. i do prefer the two in 127 bc i love them both as 127 members and they add so much.
2. the whole nct 127 thing. so according to sm, no members can leave 127, only members can join. it's meant to be the main unit of nct that represents seoul w the longtitude 127 etc.
so WHY TF DOES WINWIN NO LONGER PROMOTE WITH NCT 127? anyways like it makes a mf difference bc they paid my guy dust. i'm still so triggered but at least he looks a lot happier in wayv. kings.
alsooooooooo if nct 127 are meant to be the unit representing korea and stuff why tf are they having a fucking american debut and focusing primarily on the west? w their ep and touring in the us, highway to heaven etc. it makes no sense, sm. i mean i'm not complaining bc johnny is that BITCH esp overseas, but pls make ur concepts consistent. thank u.

i was so hyped with nct's debut when they put a whole TEN with a whole MARK TAEYONG JAEHYUN DOYOUNG TAEIL.
then we were blessed with the addition of king lucas jungwoo and winwin tho i still think boss would have slapped a lot more with ten in it.
and now we're in 2020 and my kings are nowhere to be seen. i want FUCKING LUCAS BACK. I WANT MY FUCKING MAN BACK. WHERE IS HE.
4. this whole nct 2018 shit has disappeared.
so technically according to taeyong or smth we were told there would be a whole 21 member (or however members there are bc shit changes every 10 minutes) comeback every year like nct 2018. but that only happened once and we're still waiting a whole two years later. i'm not fucking happy bc ive never seen wayv members (apart from ten winwin and lucas ofc) interact with other nct members. ugh.
so thats all i have to say. just a rant about how inconsistent sm are with nct bc it pisses me off since they have so much potential. i want a fixed group so theyre easier to follow but i love all of them so much its unfair.
