9 months later. 

June, 1979. 

RACHAEL: (wakes up with a shooting pain in her stomach) Ahhh! 

JOE: (comes in) Rach? You okay?! 

RACHAEL: Call Steven... The baby's coming! 

JOE: Shit, we gotta get you to the hospital. (helps her up) (carries her out) 

44: INT. HOSPITAL ROOM DAY

Rachael is having the baby. 

RACHAEL: Ahhh! 

JOE: It's alright, you're gonna be fine Rach. (squeezes her hand) 

STEVEN: (rushes in) Rach! I came as fast as I could! Are you okay?! 

RACHAEL: Yeah... Ahhh! 

NURSE: All right Mrs. Tallarico, one more push.

RACHAEL: (grabs Steven's hand and pushes as hard as she can) AHHH! 

NURSE: It's a girl! (carefully hands her the baby) 

RACHAEL: (takes her) (smiles up at Steven) She looks just like you! 

STEVEN: Yeah she does. I'm so proud of you. (kisses her head) She's beautiful.

RACHAEL: She's perfect! What should we name her? 

STEVEN: (closes his eyes in thought) Mia. 

RACHAEL: Mia? That's perfect! (kisses her head) 

45: INT. STEVEN'S APARTMENT DAY

Later that day... 

RACHAEL: (rocking Mia) 

STEVEN: How she doing? 

RACHAEL: Just fine. You wanna hold her? 

STEVEN: (nods) 

RACHAEL: (smiles and carefully hands her to him) 

STEVEN: (takes her) Hi baby girl. (she starts crying) (softly starts singing) Hush a-bye my baby soft and new, ooh her loveliness, gypsy dance in the rain, hush a- bye my baby what you do, ooh the baby cries, the wind she's a- calling your name...
