TINA
So we met at the party, we were not properly introduced by Dad. As a matter of fact, he refuses to acknowledge that Matt and I were there together. The visitors knew or probably tried to ignore it but they could not ignore the fact that were together. Si Matt naman, ever the gracious politician, answered questions regarding the province, his dad, his work and about me. At sutil din at sinasadya niyang maging sweet pag nakatingin si dad. We danced and hugged most of the time lang yata. He held my hand for everyone to see. He left only after the last visitor left. He acted so good that everyone thought the relationship if for real. He would look me in the eye. Pati ako kung diko lang alam na aktingan baka naniwala na ako. We sat away from everyone. We talked about the province. Well what is left to talk about kundi yung probinsiya. Yun lang naman ang pwede naming pag usapan. Hindi siya masyadong madaldal when it comes to his personal life. He talks about politics, about his job as governor. He talks about his frustrations and dreams for the province. Lahatpolitics. Lahat trabaho. Oo nga naman,bakit kailangan niya magkuwento tungkol sa personal life niya eh this is just a make believe relationship. I saw how the women smiled at him. Extra pa sweet pa sila. And he would talk to them kahit hinihimas himas na ang braso niya. I think he is not aware. Hindi siya masyadong namamansin pero hindi rin siya bastos. Napansin ko din sa kanya, he sucks the pad of his pinky finger pag nag iisip or nakikinig.
We danced once that night. After that nawala na siya. Kinakausap ng mga seasoned politicians bumalik lang siya sa tabi ko nung nung nakainum na siya. Pinainum daw siya ng Tatay ko. He was silent the whole time. Nandun din mga friends ko from High school and they met him. Obviously nagpapa cute mga classmates ko pero deadma lang siya. So yun, wala din sila.
Now I am back at Congress. Siya naman back to work na. It's been two weeks after namin magkita. Hindi siya nagtetext. I don't too. Siguro gusto na din niya maghiwalay kami. I mean hindi naman to totoo eh.
