CATFISH STEW

Ingredients


* Catfish (cleaned and gutted)
* Tomatoes
* Pepper
* Ugu
* Ginger and garlic powder
* Onion
*Maggi
* Water
* Salt to taste
* Crayfish

Directions

* Wash and cut the catfish into slices. Boil some hot water and pour on the pieces of fish, stir and remove immediately. This toughens the skin of the fish so that it does not fall apart during cooking.

* Fry your tomatoes, pepper and onions, when it's dry add salt, maggi, ginger and garlic powder.

* Place the pieces of fish into a pot and pour your already prepared sauce, add little water, add your crayfish, stir and cover the fish for a while.

*Lastly add your ugu, stir and cook for 1min.

* Your catfish is ready. You can serve with rice, boiled plantain, yam etc.
