Ingredients* 1 cup of strawberries, roughly chopped
* 2 cups of vanilla ice cream
* 4 tablespoon of mascarpone
* Seeds from 1/2 of a vanilla bean
* Additional strawberries for garnish if desiredDirections
* Pulse the strawberries a few times in a blender then blend on medium high speed until smooth, about 30 seconds.
* Add the ice cream, mascarpone and vanilla bean seeds to the strawberry puree and blend on medium high speed just until smooth, about 30 seconds.
* Garnish with strawberries if desired and serve immediately.
