KIDNEY SAUCE

Ingredients

* 2 kidney (cut into bit sized pieces)
* 3 tablespoon of flour
* 1 teaspoon of curry
* 1 seasoning cube
* Salt and pepper to taste
* 1 cooking spoon vegetable oil
* 1 onion bulb (chopped)
* 4 carrots (chopped into big chunks)
* 1 big bell pepper (chopped)
* 2 cups of water

Directions

* Combine the first five ingredients in a bowl. Cover with cling film and set in the fridge for at least 30minutes.

* In a deep frying pan add the oil and onions and fry for 1 mins.

* Add the kidney marinade and turn till all the stock is absorbed and oil is visible.(At this point it will be very thick)

* Add water and cover the pot to simmer. If it's too thick add more water. Add more flour if you want it thicker.

* Adjust seasoning if necessary.

* Add the vegetables and remove from the heat.

*Your kidney sauce is ready to be served.
