Chapter 20 - The Ravager's strength

I have a bad feeling about this, I hop out getting my sniper and my coat. I put my sword in my belt and I run out to see what is going on to the forest.

I jump on the trees and I run faster to get to the main problem. I immediately stop when I heard a loud roar and growls. I get my sniper and used my scoop to see the main source of the noise, my eyes widened to watch I saw.

Rangel : It's the.. Ravager..

The Grimm again made a loud roar, I jump out of the tree and I use my semblance to make a portal to get on my room.

Rangel : That's is unexpected, I should watch the grimm before it hurt anyone.

I pick up my small bag and I put my extra ammo and dust inside it, I remove my coat and I jump out of the window. When I spot the grimm I readies my sniper if ever the grimm attack, the Ravager didn't move on it's spot I just watch the movements of the grimm, jumping out on the tree following it when ever it moves.

Rangel : You surely is a big grimm but, are you strong?

The grimm starts to move again but I didn't expect that one of the villager is walking on the middle of the night, immediately getting the grimms attention. Oh.. No.. The villager made a loud scream that surely will get another grimm attentions.

Rangel : Arrgg!!..

I jump on the ground running to the villager's place I pushed him slightly, my sword and the grimm's arm made a loud mental noise sending me away and I hit a tree. I Shook my head standing up but I was hardly punch by the grimm, sending me again away trees being destroy by the impact of me being send away.

The Ravager slowly walked towards me, I used my sword to stand up and I readied my self to fight the Ravager. Nice, me against the Ravager. I run towards the grimm earning a loud roar on it, attacking me side to side.

The ground has been destroyed and I use the grimm's hand to run and jump up slashing it's back, and I land on the grimm's wrong side because the Ravager immediately used it's other hand and capture me.

I scream in pain when the grip of the Ravager tightens.

Rangel : Stupid... Grimm..

I said, the grimm is about to throw me but it get stop when someone slashed its hand.

: Rangel!!..

Shouting Is all I heard before I pass out, I'm trully a weak person. Why am I still alive after all.

"Qrow POV"

I was on my deep thought drinking my alcohol from my flask when I heard a loud roar from the forest and I saw one villager running out the forest.

Immediately getting up from the chair I was sitting in, and running towards the stumbling villager from fear.

Qrow : What happened there?!

I ask him as I get a tight grip from him in exchange.

Villager : T-the R-ravager!!.. I-its there and a young huntress came!!

He shouted and I wipe him immediately running towards the forest where he points, I reach for my scroll and call Adley to back up me. It took minutes before she catch up.

Adley : I didn't find Rangel even her weapon..

Qrow : I think she was fighting this Ravager Grimm..

I jump tree to tree when I heard a loud screams coming from the middle of the forest, and I was shocked to see Rangel on the grip of the Ravager. I turn my sword in to scythe spinning tru the air cutting the Ravager hand.

The Ravager immediately screech in pain and stumble back holding its shoulder.

Adley : Rangel!!

I heard Adley shout and the grimm stand back, I get to my fighting stance and I wait for the attack, the grimm will be giving.

I jump out of the ground when the grimm strike it's sharp claw toward me, I readied my scythe to strike back but the grimm uses it tail to Dodge my attack.

And Adley getting into her stance immediately giving some blow on the grimm and she run around to get the grimm attention.

"Rangel POV"

I held my head in pain and I lool around me just to see the Ravager roaring and I saw my uncle and Adley fighting against the grimm.

I get up but then my uncle sent away and hit a tree behind him, and Adley land on the ground hardly. I unsheath my sword running toward the grimm and I harshly gave a big slash on it's side, I did a back flip and jump out of the ground and land on the tree behind.

I turn my sheath into gun and I shot on the grimm, and I use my semblance to stumble the grimm down and I run towards my uncle.

Rangel : Uncle, are you alright?

He laugh at me and shuffle my hair lightly.

Qrow : I'm fine Blackflame...

Adley : RANGEL LOOK OUT!!

I heard but I didn't get a chance to get out of my place when I get a deep slash coming from the grimm claws, I scream and clutch down breathing heavily.

Qrow : Rangel no!! Arrgg!!

My uncle immediately got up and he grips his scythe and he run toward the grimm, and he cut it arm down earning a loud roar and screech.

The grimm seems don't want to give up, using it tail and foot to dodge every attack my uncle and Adley gave. I'm still catching my breath and the pain won't get out I feel burning from my back and blood gushing out.

I tried to get up using my sword to steady my self, I look to the grimm I use my last strength to don't the grimm.

My portal came out black color around the hole and a sound of wind can be heard, I saw my uncle snap his attention to me and he kicked the grimm's side.

I enter my portal and immediately getting above the grimm slashing it down in half, and the grimm turn into black ash and I immediately slumped down hardly in the ground earning a loud groan on me.

Qrow : Rangel!!

Adley : Rangel!

They both run towards me and my uncle picked me up bridal style and run back to the rest house we're staying in.

Qrow : I've got you buddy.. Just hang in there, ahh.. I hope my sister don't get mad at me..

We I was getting tired and my body is in pain, slowly I close my eyes and darkness consume me out.
