Being an introvert is a way of 'meeting myself'. We get introduced to ourselves and it feels as though we have known each other forever. There is no need for pretense in this space or validation because one enjoys spending quality time alone and, in the process, gain insights into themselves. Why go out and try to pretend to care about other people when you can get to know yourself on a deeper level and invest in yourself?
