After riding through the moss-filled forest, I decided to rest by the brook. Perhaps a little break from monotony is just what the doctor ordered. As I lay on the damp ground, it didn't forget to remind me that I, too, would merge with it in due course of time. It felt like I was in a protective embrace, watching life as it transitioned, and everything was in motion as I lay still, observing it in silence. I felt like I was a part of the whole picture, and yet I was watching the scene unfold from the sidelines.
