What's happening to me

Chapter 21

Stiles'sPOV:
I woke up early and decided to go downstairs and make breakfast for me and Derek, we ate quickly knowing that we had quite the busy day ahead of us, we decided to go to Deaton before breaking the news to the pack but we also had one other thing to do before telling the pack about the baby situation something that made me want to just crawl back into bed and ignore the world, something that both me and Derek were frightened for our lives to do

"Hey son it's good to see you again I've missed you"

"Hey dad I've missed you too" We both shared a long hug before sitting down on the sofa Derek was in the kitchen making me and him coffee whilst my dad and Melissa (who was running a bit late) tea.

"So how comes were meeting at the loft is there a pack meeting?"

"Well yes and no, there is a pack meeting but not till later I'll explain when Melissa gets here" he just nods sending a questioning look my way I just pretend to ignore it and look to the door in the loft which opens to a smiling Melissa walking in

"Hey sorry I'm late"

"It's alright mamma bear" I say getting up and giving here a hug, she walks over and gives my dad a kiss before sitting next to him. See as much as Melissa already acted like my mum anyway it was kind of comforting to know that soon she will be, you see her and my dad finally got together after everyone coming up with all sorts of different plans to get them together and eventually it worked not long after my dad proposed and they are soon to be married.

Melissa already knows that me and Derek are together and about me being a vampire it's just my dad we have to tell, we also decided to tell them about the baby now so we don't get beat in front of all our friends, Derek came in with a smile on his face as he handed Melissa and my dad there tea before coming to sit down next to me

"So what's going on then?" my dad questioned taking a sip of his tea before setting it down on the table

"Well there are three things we need to tell you two of which Melissa already knows the other one you two will be the first to know other then Deaton" Derek say's calmly

How can he be so calm I'm sweating buckets over here gosh I'm so nervous, God he's going to disown me, he's going to try kill me, what are we going to do

"Stiles?" I shoot my eyes up to see all three of them looking at me worried looks on there faces

"Why are you all looking at me like that?" I say confused

"You blanked out we've been trying to get your attention for the last five minuets is everything ok?" my dad says knitting his eyebrows together

"Right yeah my bad sorry just thinking"

"Ok what's going on I'm starting to worry"

"Yeah and what's the thing I don't know about?"

"Me and Derek are dating, I'm a vampire and I'm pregnant" I say quickly the nerves taking over I flush red before looking over at Derek to see him sitting there mouth wide open

"Well in simple terms yeah what he said" We both look over to see both my dad and Melissa sitting there mouths wide open more so my dad because this was all new to him whereas Melissa knew everything except for the baby part, it's silent for a couple of minuets before my dad begins talking

"Right so let me get this straight you two finally got your asses together, my son now drinks blood and is also going to make me a grandfather?" I look at him in shock

"Hold on what do you mean we got our asses together?"

"Stiles it was so obvious that the two of you were pinning for each other you weren't as discrete as you thought" I just look at him my cheeks bright red

"So you don't have a problem with me being gay or with me dating Derek"

"What no of course not I don't care if your straight, gay, bisexual whatever you are I'm fully supportive and will be here for you no matter what and for the Derek part I would love nothing more then for someone like Derek to be with you I know we had are difficulties in the past but you have shown me that you would do anything to protect him throughout the years so yes I'm perfectly fine with all this" My dad says smiling at the both of us, I couldn't help the tears that flowed freely down my face, I look to Derek to see a tear creep out the corner of his eye before he quickly wipes it away looking down in embarrassment, I jump up and hug my dad tightly thanking him over and over again he just pats my back before looking to Derek, he sticks his hand out and they shake hands respectively

"But in all seriousness you hurt him and I wont hesitate to put a wolfsbane bullet through your head" Derek looks nervous before nodding his head.

"Wouldn't dream of it sir"

"Oh don't start with that call me Noah please"

"Thank you Noah"

"Right moving on your a vampire and pregnant how are these two things possible"

"Get ready for the story" he sighs before taking a sip of his tea nodding for us to continue

~After the story~

"Well that's a lot to take in"

"Yeah I know are you gonna be ok with all this?"

"Well in all honesty it's going to take some getting used to but yeah I think I'll be ok" he says smiling at the both of us

"Melissa?"

"Well obviously I already knew about the others but the fact your having a baby is very exciting in all honesty I cannot wait ahhh I'm gonna be a grandmother" she shrieks in excitement bringing the both of us into a group hug my dad soon joining

After a while we all let go and they offered to come to Deaton's with us and we thought it would be nice to have someone else there with us to know what's going to happen with our baby.

We arrived at Deaton's and saw him standing waiting for us with a small smile on his face, he beckoned us to the back and all took a seat before Deaton began talking

"So I did some research and by the sounds of things because you were a vampire when you did well you know what you did it appears that your child will be born as something called a hybrid meaning it will be both vampire and werewolf." we all let this sink in before bidding our goodbyes and making our way back to the loft, the pack were most likely already on there way there and me and Derek were preparing ourselves for the news we were about to share, we took my dads car so me and Derek were sitting in the back, my hands were shaking from nerves I tried to put them in my lap to stop them shaking hoping Derek hadn't seen but he did for he took my hand in his giving me a reassuring smile

"Try not to worry it's all gonna be ok"

"Yeah I know it's just I'm worried about telling Scott you saw what he was like when this all happened I'm just- I don't know how he's going to react" I admit felling deflated

"Well we will face that problem when it comes to it just try to relax ok"

"Yeah ok"

We made it back to the loft and when we got there the pack was already set up in the living room chatting amongst there selves, once we all walked in they quickly went silent before catching a glimpse of my dad, they all said there hellos before becoming serious

"So what's going on then?" Liam questioned everyone giving some form of agreement

"Well umm y-you see the thing is-"

"Stiles is pregnant"

"..."

"..."

"Well damn"
