It had been nearly 2 years now since the young (y/n) had discovered her quirk. Her whole hero family helped her control different parts of her quirk, but her mother showed her how to do the most beautiful things with her quirk. It was easy for the little girl to turn things into crystal and coat things in the extra metal ions floating about in the air and in the earth.

"Okay I want you to go in the garden and choose any flower, fallen or not. If you pick one that has not fallen yet don't worry, you'll make it live forever with what I'm going to show you." The proud and excited mother explained. It had taken herself until the age of 15 to be able to crystallise matter however her beloved daughter at the young age of 4 did it without meaning to. She couldn't of been more proud of her little crystal. The small girl in question scanned the many many variations of pretty flowers in their garden. She finally settled on a white rose that was at its peak of beauty, and the wonder struck child decided it deserved to be beautiful forever. She pointed to it and her mother cut it off giving it a bit of a stem, and handed it to her daughter.

"What do I do now mum?" The six year old asked with curious eyes. Her mother bent down to her level and explained to her clearly.

"I want you to make the stem metal okay? Do you remember how to do that?" She asked calmly. The little girl nodded her head and slowly drew metal ions from the air and dirt to coat the stem in metal, it was not smooth yet but that was quickly solved when the girl heated up the air around the stem significantly to gently smooth the metal but not damage the rose petals. Once that was done the next instruction was given. "Okay now, can you feel the ions of the earth inside the flower petals? Can you find and feel them? They're very small so don't worry if you can't." (M/n) said to her daughter comfortingly as she saw the look of determination and concentration on her daughters face.

"Yes I can feel them, there's more than I thought." (Y/n) said to her mother awaiting the next instruction eagerly.

"Now, I want you to crystallise them." She said, softly chuckling at the eagerness her determined daughter was showing. And the little girl did as asked. She gently cupped her hands around the flower being sure not to touch the petals, she increased the pressure on the petals being sure to keep them still in their positions, and then she gently but quickly heated them. She had closed her eyes unwilling to watch the process incase she failed. However, when she took her hands away she heard her mother gasp in wonder so she slowly but reluctantly peeled open her eyes and saw the beautiful crystal white rose she had created with just her hands and her beautiful quirk.

It was gorgeous and her mother couldn't help but cry at the beautiful gift her child had been blessed with. The girl was confused but then understood why she was crying, and hugged her mother lovingly. "Thank you for my beautiful quirk mum. It was yours first remember? You have me this gift and I am so grateful." (M/n) couldn't help but clutch her daughter, holding her impossibly close to her. She loved her daughters words, and she loved her daughter even more. "Come on mum, stop crying so we can go show dad, Shota and Hiza."

She wiped her mums tears away and then lead her inside the house, to the kitchen where her father and uncles were waiting. She hid the masterpiece behind her back like a surprise. "Heya kiddo! How was the garden adventures with your mum?!" Yamada asked rather loudly, as usual for him.

The girl chuckled then replied "it was amazing and very fun, but most of all I came back with a treasure that will last forever." The girl states, all the men look curiously between the girl and her mother, but her mother smiles and dismissed herself to have a nap. "I'll show you." She slowly revealed the crystal and metal rose to the three men and all of them looked slack jawed in awe at the beautiful and intricate masterpiece.

"Did your mother make this little crystal?" Her father asked, but she shook her head and looked almost mad at him, but smirked with pride.

"I did dad! I made it from one of the white roses in the garden. Mum told me it was okay because I wasn't stopping it's life, I was making it live forever." She explained.
