THE MOON COVEN has been around for centuries. Leadership past down from mother to daughter, the coven is an exclusive club. Only five members needed. Of course, they are not the only coven in Neo City but they are the only ones that uses dark magic.
Which is a dangerous practice, which is also why the coven is small.
The witches of the coven own a club/bar in the city named The Moon Lair, where a lot of creatures, supernatural beings and monsters fill up the place every night. Which makes for good business.
