EXTENDED SUMMARY:
Helena Vermont was practically Kook royalty. It hasn't always been that way. In fact, for most of her early teenage years she lived in the Cut. However, her mother finally made it big in the film industry in California and sent as much as she could back home until her and her father found a comfy little mansion on the other side of the island. Before all of this, when she was fifteen, she had a boyfriend. Her and JJ Maybank were those weird middle-school sweethearts who managed to stay together as they began high school, but when Helena moved to the Figure Eight for her sophomore year, everything changed. The money went straight to her head and JJ couldn't take it anymore so he dumped the money-hungry demon his girlfriend had become. However, after about a year of being broken up, they somehow found themselves hooking up every weekend. Yet, they still managed to claim utter hatred for each other. That is, until the feelings start crawling back.
NOTES:

— So, they weren't hooking up when they were initially dating because they were literally in like 8th grade and freshman year when they were together
— They first hooked up after a boneyard party because that's really the only place Kooks and Pogues interact, but soon they found themselves meeting up to see each other and like making time for each other
— This relationship is NOT healthy at first, they're both totally using each other but slowly Helena starts to realize she has feelings for him again and at some point even pushes JJ away and tries to cut things off
— At the beginning of the story, Helena is SUPER materialistic and self-centered. Think like a female Topper, but she should have really good development throughout the story and be a better person by the end of it!
