EXTENDED SUMMARY:
Candi Morris lived an incredibly sheltered life. Her parents tracked her phone, she only had two or three friends, and she'd rather be caught dead than at a boneyard party with Pogues and other lowlifes. She was perfectly fine with this. She was happy to live life in her bubble until she could move to the mainland for college away from class warfare and underage drinking. However, then she met Kiara "Kie" Carrera. She was a Kook by blood, but she ran with the Pogues — something no one on Figure Eight dares to do. For some reason, seeing Kie spending her time with three Pogues and having the time of her life made Candi wonder if maybe she had been wrong. Maybe she didn't have to live in a bubble. So, she thinks she's about ready to pop and start living in the real world.
NOTES:
— The reason Candi wants to be like Kie is because she has a crush on her but she doesn't really understand because she's never had a crush on a girl and she's never known that something like that was okay
— Kie calls her princess as do all the Pogues because she's pretty high and mighty and pretentious at the beginning of the story. Originally it's meant to mock her, but as they grow to like her it becomes more of a pet name for her
— Friendship wise she gets along with JJ the most and they end up being really good friends even though at first he despises her for being rich and pretentious they have really good development throughout the story
— Her and Kie are SLOW BURN! Candi has never ever had feelings for a girl so she should be struggling with the idea of that and coming out! She should have really good development with her family life and her contentness with life and her development with dealing with her crush on Kie is the forefront of the story
