After the match the whole team returned home. "We won dad." Jennifer shouted as she reached home. "That's like my girl".her dad was more than happy and proud of her. But suddenly an intense pain shot up Jennifer's back and she fell on her claws. "What happened?" Her mom came running up to her. "Its my back." Kyle take her to the doctor. fast" her mother shouted. He came running with the car keys.

"I m not going with u. U r underage driver."
"Shut up and move."
When Jennifer reached the doctor he said it was nothing to worry about. "Seems like u hit ur back two three times."
He asked.

Jennifer started thinking. First she hit it when Joseph saved her , then in the royal's match and then after the match when everyone jumped on her."yeah." She replied rubbing the back of her head."hmm that's why ur muscles are swollen." The doctor told her.
"I'll be able to play right??"
"Yeah just not for 2-3 days. Ur back just needs rest and a proper warm water bath. Here are the medicines.

"the doctor gave her the medicines and she returned home. She took a hot water bath as suggested by the doctor. she saw a missed call on her phone so she called back."hey"
"Hi jenny"
"What's Up mark."
"The team decided to party at the noodle shop tomorrow. Wanna join?"
"I m not so sure mom will let me. I went to the doctor today. My back muscles are swollen from all those impacts."
"Are u okay?"
"Moderately functional"
"I will take that as a yes." He chuckled.

"Do one thing . i really don't wanna miss the party so when u all are together call me and put me on speaker."

After that she went to sleep. Next day she was eating breakfast when her phone started ringing. She looked at her phone and saw the name Mr. Optimistic pop up on the screen.

"Who's that" kyle wiggled his eyebrows.
"Mark." She said and picked the call putting it on speaker. "Hey jenny we are all here. U sure u can't come?" mark asked.

"Sorry son but she is in no condition to join u guys." Her mom spoke from behind her and headed towards the kitchen."

"Who was that?" Asked Silvia.
"My mom".
"Her voice is so sweet."
"Thank u honey." Her mom appeared on the gate and shouted.

The team entered the shop and sat down.
"We won" mark shouted for the thousandth time. "Mark u have already said that" Nathan said.
"And I m gonna say it again. We are going to the finals."
"Oh god mark its 9 in the morning how are u so energetic?" Jennifer asked playfully.
They were constantly ordering food. "How's ur back?" Axel asked.
"Its fine. Moms just being dramatic."
Her dad chuckled from opposite her while eating the ham cheese sandwich.
"who's that ur boyfriend?he sounds concerned" Her dad asked
Jennifer blushed and axel blushed too. Though jenny wasn't aware of that.

"Nooo dad . That was Axel."she shouted.
"The guy kyle keeps on teasing u about??"
"U r making it worse. I have eaten my breakfast I will be in my room." With that Jennifer stood up washed her hands and went to her room with the phone. "sry guys that was my dad." She sighed and heard everybody laughing on the other side of the phone. They talked and laughed for hours till it was evening . then they all went home. At nigh mark called her again. She sat oh her bed with her back leaning on the wall and a pillow in her lap.
Jenny: "ssup."
Mark: "u won't believe what happened"
Jenny: try me
Mark: we are going to play the legendary inazuma eleven tomorrow.
Jenny: REALLY? THATS Awesome
mark: I know right
Jenny: but mark they played 40 years ago right? By now they must have become senior citizens.
Mark: doesn't matter. I know they must be great even now."
Jenny:" u and ur optimistic self" she smiled. "I'll come to watch the match tmrw okay?
Mark: yeah sure . I'll be waiting.
Jenny: bye mark.
Mark: bye Jen.

Beep beep beep. Jenny suddenly had a deja vu . A picture of her talking to the mark she left in California crossed her eyes. That's the same words they exchanged before mark kregur had an important match. Then she realized something. He called me Jen?.

The next day Jennifer was late because her mom won't let her come thinking that she will join in the game. Somehow she managed to convince her and ran to the field. "Cross drive. " an old man shot and it went in the goal defeating mark's fireball knuckle.

"Way to go old man." She shouted stopping on the middle of the stairs. "thank u child" the old man shouted back. "Who is that pretty young lady?" One of the inazuma eleven asked.
"That's our other ace striker who is not playing because of an injury. Jennifer argent."
"Argent u say? Hmm."

The game continued. The legendary inazuma eleven used a very cool shot. Fire rooster which broke through marks god hand. Mark asked for a time out and ran to the bench . "look guys its in here the fire rooster. We need a speed like zoom and jump like boing." mark read from the secret notebook. Everyone sweat dropped.

"Speed and jump. I guess its time for track club. " Nathan said pointing towards himself. "u were in track club??" Jennifer asked him. "Yup"
"Then the other one can be Axel." Mark suggested. Nathan and Axel tried it but failed. The match was about to resume when Jim went to Axel and Nathan and said."u guys need to kick the ball with equal distance or it won't work." Axel and Nathan tried again and worked as Jim suggested.

"this won't go in" Nelly said from beside Jennifer.
"I bet this time it will." Jennifer spoke.
"Two bucks" Nelly said.
"Game on"
This time they succeeded and the fire rooster went In the goal. "That was awesome guys." Mark shouted.
"What the..." Nelly said and passed two bucks to Jennifer. Who gladly took it and winked at Nelly.
