Chapter 7: "Testing the Suit"

As days passed Arash was getting the routine of the school and going home, but something what's going on with Peter, he always had "things" to do after school and for what Arash talked with Ned it was about a "Stark Internship", he haven't heard Peter talk about that before, so he thought that today he will figure out what's happening, he was on the top of the building and made a whole force field around Peter's apartment but that is not solid so he could feel when someone enter through it.
"You are taking a way to long Peter...this better be something good" – said Arash while he keep the concentration on the force field
It was about 2 hours already, he was very tired of holding the force field for so long and was about to give up but he felt something moving going through the window of Peter's room...
"Gotcha!" – said Arash while he floated inside Peter's window landing in his room freezing time – "I got...OH MY GOD!" – started to say Arash when he finally notice that he had Peter standing in front of him almost naked except for his boxers, while he freak out he lost control of the time control and Peter could move quickly – "I'm gonna count down from 3 to 1 so I can open my eyes and I hope for an explanation...3...2...1..." – when he open his eyes Peter already have put on some sweats and was on his way to put on a t-shirt
"What are you doing here?" – Asked Peter while blushing and trying to put on a t-shirt quick
"What were you doing with your spider suit? By the way, you gotta be thankful your Aunt is not around to heard me freak out or worst see you taking your suit off and me here floating on your window" – said Arash
"I was testing the suit, to see if stills works" – explained Peter
"It's only being 3 weeks and you been disappearing ever since I'm around to do "stuff" after school, so don't bullshit me" – said Arash
"I'm fighting crime, ok?" – said Peter
"What crime Peter? This place is very normal, just some typical thugs here and there, but not like a big deal crime thing, police can handle it" – explained Arash
"But I can help" – said Peter
"Peter...don't get yourself involved, let the real authority work on it, besides you could get hurt if someone shoots you or something" – said Arash
"But I got the suit and the abilities, Mr. Stark does it, why can't I?" – said Peter
"Because the suit is only when he call us and need us for something, I don't think is made for us to go around and fight minimal crime stuff" – said Arash
"But you used to do it in your home country, why not we both do it here?" – asked Peter
"NO, NO, NO, NO, NO! Don't put me into this" – said Arash
"Oh come on, if you don't want me to be stupid on my own or whatever at least you should make sure and tag along" – insisted Peter
"Why you have to make so much sense?" – Complained Arash while looking at Peter as he was giving him his best puppy eyes – "Dammit...I can't believe I'm saying this...but ok, fine" – he said
"YES!" – chanted Peter while fist pumping the air
"Ok...don't get too excited, I'm just doing it so you don't get hurt" – said Arash
"So...you care if I get hurt?" – asked Peter
"Shut up, just don't do anything stupid, by the way we got to do that paper work for chemistry, want me to come in here or want to go to my place?" – asked Arash
"Here, I already told May we are gonna be here working on that paper work and she's bringing pizza for us" – said Peter
"Why am I not surprised?" – Asked Arash rolling his eyes – "I'm going to get my school stuff and come back" – he said floating away from Peter's room

"You know, you can do a lot of cool stuff, I can't wait for us to fight crime together" – said Peter to Arash while doing school work
"Peter...just don't get to hype about it, you are being reckless and I want to put some consciousness in what you are doing" – explained Arash
"Well yeah, I been thinking about maybe plan more when I do stuff and not just go on my guts with whatever cause it can be dangerous" – said Peter
"No, I'm not talking about planning..." – started to say Arash
"What you did to catch me coming in here was awesome and very well planned, I need to do more stuff like that and maybe-" – said Peter
"PETER!" – Said Arash making other boy shut up – "I'm talking about not letting you fight every thug just because is the right thing so you can be thoughtful and careful" – he explained
"Wow...ok, don't need to get mad about it" – said Peter
"I'm not mad, it's just...we are friends...I don't have many friends, after what happened with my mom and dad...I don't want...to lose anybody else..." – said Arash in a sad tone – "it's just too painful to even think about losing someone...I...I will not forgive myself if something happens to you and I wasn't there to help" – he said while his body was shaking a little
"Cat...I'm sorry" – Said Peter while holding Arash hand – "I will try to not get hurt and nothing is gonna happened to me, I promise" – he declared
"Thanks...I'm sorry, I'm such a mess, this is why I always avoid to have any close friends, I'm too emotional" – said Arash taking his hand back from Peter and clean his watery eyes
"No, I get it, it's fine" – said Peter
"Peter! Casper! I brought some pizza!" – called May
"We better join her, I'm hungry" – said Peter standing up from the ground and offering Arash his hand to stand up
"Yeah, sure" – said Arash grabbing his hand as Peter helped him stand up and both got out to join May on the diner table
"Hi guys, how the paperwork is coming?" – asked May
"So far, so good" – said Peter while sitting down and Arash did the same
"Casper, remember tomorrow I'm gonna be doing laundry, so you need to be free to go with me tomorrow at like 4:00pm" – said May
"Yeah I don't think I'll have nothing to do at that time" – I say turning to Peter who looked nervous
"Good then, but if you have any homework to do, just leave it to this one to take over, he is kind of a genius anyway" – joked May pointing at Peter
"Well, what's the point of having a genius friend if you don't take a little advantage of it?" – Joked Arash moving to take a piece of pepperoni from Peter's pizza
"Hey!" – said Peter trying to get it back and Arash just slapped his hand away putting the pepperoni in his mouth and eating it
"See?" – said Arash smiling to May who just giggled
