People often said that even if vampires existed, they weren't able to think humanly. That they didn't have blood nor soul. That they couldn't feel emotions and certainly couldn't feel a certain way about someone.

But people were wrong.

Because Mingi was a vampire. And he was sure that this, whatever this was, was an emotion.

Red like the roses in his garden. Hot like the herbal tea he liked to drink in the morning. Hypnotic like the gaze of a snake staring at its prey before killing it. Deep like the pacific ocean but at the same time light as the clouds dancing on the sky. And shining like the Sun in the morning.

Could it be possible that this man, this absolutely normal human male with silvery white hair, could turn his never-ending midnight black to the eternal red and gold of sunrise?
