Okay so....hear me out.... (I meant to post this yesterday lol)
In the video 'William Afton origins' we can see that Mike has a heart monitor my guess is he was hospitalized due to the bite of 83 and also had health issues (health issues because of medication although it's just a theory) when the house was burnt down William thought Mike had died but it turns out he was in fact still alive and so when he found out he was alive he had a plan which was to make a Foxy clone animatronic to kill Mike that way he could turn him into and animatronic (just like Elizabeth) and have him live forever just to protect him.
Although it's only a theory-
The whole health issues part wasn't explained very well so-
Pretty much I think since his (Mike's) frontal lobe was bitten off it caused some damage (possible brain damage?) causing him to have very bad health issues which is why he needs a heart monitor.
