Moving on ( Completed)

Between Emily and I, I'd say we made well over half a dozen cakes and decorated them.

Now we had them placed on the table for our carnival cakewalk.

I had one that was decorated in roses. I used the icing to make them and put it in dark and light purple.

Once we had our area set up we sold tickets for a dollar a person.

Emily played the music while I kept watch of the contestants so no one could cheat or try to pull a fast one.

When the music stopped I called out a number and I watched as a little girl jumped up and down saying it was her's till someone else pushed her and took her spot.

I walked over.

"I will ask you to leave this area and not come back. we told you the rules and you pushed this little girl. So leave" I said as I helped the little girl up.

"And if I don't," he asked

before I could answer I seen Embry and Jared step in front of me.

"We will make you," Embry said 

then he and Jared crossed their arms and stared the guy down who was trying to look intimidating.

"This game is rigged anyway" he claimed and walked off.

"Thank you" I tell them both before I have the little girl go over to Emily and pick a number.

"three," she said 

Emily reached the number three cake which was the ombre purple rose cake.

"Oh wow that is pretty, and my favorite color. thank you" she said then carefully hurried over to her parents and showed them what she won.

We continued the game for everyone that wanted a shot at winning a cake and once they were all gone we thanked everyone for playing and bid them a good day. Then I went and found Cheif Swan and handed over the money we raised.

"Wow you girls made a lot of money. what was your set up?" he asked

"Cakewalk, with homemade  cakes," Emily said 

"Darn I missed out," he said

"Sue said she would bring one over for later so while you, Billy, and Harry watch the mariners you can enjoy cake after you eat the fish you all caught" Emily tells him.

He nodded and thanked us again before we walked off.

"What happened with that dude that you approached?" Jared asked when we were all in the living room.

The others looked at me

"What are you talking about?" Paul asked

"She was talking to some guy, and he got upset and Jared and I had to step in," Embry said 

They looked from Embry to me.

"What is he talking about?" Seth asked

"Who got upset?" Jacob asked

"Emily and I had set up a cakewalk and we told the rules. no cheating, pushing or trying to hurt people. and the very first round this little girl's number was called. and she got excited jumping up and down till this guy behind her pushed her down and claimed it was his number.  So I walked over and helped the little girl up and asked him nicely to leave that we told the rules to everyone and he needed to leave. and he said what if he doesn't to which that is when Jared and Embry walked up and stood before me and told him that they would make him" I explained

"What an asshole," Leah said 

"Tell me about" Quill replied

"He claimed the game was rigged as he left," Emily told them

"Yep an asshole" Seth said 

Emily and I both nodded in agreement.

"So when is your kissing booth gonna be set up?" Jacob asked

I laughed 

"it's coming soon near you," I said

"what is it a movie?" Paul remarked

"the best movie you will ever see and star in" I replied

He looked at me and winked

I blew him a kiss making him smile.

We all sat there talking about what all we did at the carnival who all rode rides and if not who all would ride them tomorrow.

they all agreed that I would go on only one ride, or a  game  with them then from there I would go with who I choose.
