"hello, i am chief song daechui and i have been the head of the investigation into the crimes of 'il pittore', a murderer who painted the places of where he killed his victims. tracking him down was initially difficult as he is a very thorough individual. nonetheless it is with huge relief that i report that he turned himself in at 09:00 on the 26th of may 2020 and confessed to the murder of xu minghao to prove his identity. when the twenty-two year old art professor was discovered dead outside his farmhouse after being shot i the head by a bullet that matched the gun in il pittore's possession, he was arrested and now awaits trial, which will be taking place at the supreme court of the republic of korea in the coming week.
i would like to thank every witness who came forward and stopped this monster from committing another crime. i express my deepest condolences to the families of the victims, may they rest i peace."
